Half the plugs and switches in my home stopped working last night. Main and
120 Breaker boxes had no blown switches. Got Mr Matthews name from a friend from church. He came by house within 24 hrs and did an amazing job. Initially he thought it could be an issue with the breaker box that might have run over $1500, which I was expecting. After further troubleshooting he found the main issue to be a breaker in the main breaker box feeding the 120 breaker box was bad. Wound up getting repairs done for under $205. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. I am now referring to Tim Matthews as "My" electrician. If you are looking for an Eletrician who who can trust, Tim Matthews is your guy, he sure is mine.

After an estimate with a reasonable price, Tim installed a dropping light over our kitchen’s Counter and a chandelier for the dining room. All done with professionalism and attention to details. We will definitely use their services again.

Recently, my in-laws had a fire at their house (NOT worked on by Tim), most likely due to an electrical issue. That experience made my wife and I so thankful for when Tim and his crew were at our home a while back. He quickly found major fire hazards within our electrical panel and made it the priority to fix it first before going on to other electrical issues we were having. It very well may have ended up being a "life-saving" job! Thank you so much!

Our house, built in 1953, had what might have been the original electrical panel. Nothing was grounded nor bonded. It was also right next to our gas meter, which evidently, is not up to code.

A certain company here in town was here and gave me a quote to replace/move the electrical panel. I nearly fainted. I figured I would have to part with a kidney on the black market to pay for it.

Our electrician, Tim, was awesome! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and educated me on the entire troubleshooting and repair process. I had an HVAC electrical disconnect box that was completely burned up. I searched for locally owned businesses that had A+ ratings on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website. I put in my quote request info and Matthews Electric LLC got back with me within that same 1/2 hour to schedule a same day appointment! I feel like that doesn't happen as often as we'd like as consumers. He even asked if I'd like to reach out to our HVAC repair company to keep them in the loop if there were any additional HVAC repairs needed. I bought a new house that had no vanity lighting or power boxes in the bathrooms. Considered wiring myself but figured I would call for a quote. Owner came by day after on time as agreed and gave a very fair price for wiring 2 power boxes above the bathroom mirrors. He finished the job in good time, everything worked great and no mess was left behind. Will use this company again for any future electrical needs and highly recommend.
