Needed a plug moved in getting ready for a remodel. Great service, prompt, quick and professional! Great people! Did the job perfectly and left no mess behind! Would highly recommend them for any use!!

Disappointed.

Called Carrasco, needed an estimate on bonding/grounding pool pump and installing GFCI outlets outside near above ground pool.

Hernon came out on 09/13/16- looked at everything. Said he wasn't sure what to do and needed to speak with Master Electrician before giving us a quote (I guess there is some confusion on how to ground/bond pool pump because the pool had already been there for 6years.) He told us to give him 2 days and he would be back in touch. By Friday 09/16, we hadn't heard from him, so I followed up with him, and he told me he was at the lake, was on the phone with the Master Electrician about our situation and would be back in touch. Well, its Tuesday 09/20, guess who still hasn't called back.

Guess they didn't want our business........

I called Carrasco Electric for a residential problem and they responded right away! Hernan had excellent service and was able to get the job done in no time! I will for sure recommend them to my family and friends!

Very unprofessional, I set up an appointment and they didn’t show up, Elizabeth said she forgot to call me to let me know they had and emergency, ended up telling her it was okay and set up a new appointment. When Hernan showed up he started going off about permits and how my group and I were so “wrong and un experienced” He was very prepotent and kept ignoring me and turned to talk to my male partner. Over all a bad experience, other professionals that I’ve encountered have told me if they can or can not do the job and that’s it, we are new to business and he is not welcoming nor respectful, he slammed the door of one of the panels. And I guess because we are a group of young people he thought he could disrespect us. If I could give zero stars I would.

We had an electrical issue at our house. Carrasco Electrical quickly came and resolved all issues with our electrical. Hernan came to the house to discuss what was going to be done. He made us a priority to make sure that our house was safe from any electrical issues. He also provided us detailed photos of everything he did which was above and beyond.

Best service provider I have ever used. Great experience. They have done two projects for me and did an amazing work. They replaced an exterior panel, added a 220 plug, ran new wire for a spa addition and replaced every outlet in my old house. We will definitely use them again for any other projects we have.

Mr.Carrasco came out and gave us a quote and was very thorough. He told us it would be a 2 day job and it was completed in the time frame he gave us. We explained everything we wanted done. He installed 7 outlets to a room at our business that had no outlets at all as well as a chandelier and a very heavy pendant light. Both he and Javi were very professional and the installations were so well done. I would highly recommend this business and we plan on calling them again for our next electrical project. We were very satisfied with the job.

We had a faulty in-wall charging port that was getting very hot. Carrasco Electrical arrived very quickly after I called for help and was able to complete the work within a few minutes. We are very happy with their professionalism and response, and we felt like the price was very fair. We are grateful that we were able to get this problem resolved. Reckless, aggressive driver, the company logo was on the side of their truck. Do not recommend trusting a company that doesn't value the life of themselves or others.

Absolutely wonderful company! They have been out three times to fix bad electrical we have found. Twice they responded and were out the same day. Quick, very reasonably priced, fantastic job and know the electrical codes. The guys are so professional and walk you through what they are doing so you know exactly the issues and they they will be fixed and safe! Overall, if you need any electrical give them a call.

Chris and his crew added new lighting to my family room and master bedroom, replaced a ceiling fan and changed out all of my recessed lighting with more modern inserts. The work was fast and impeccable and the crew was professional and courteous. I look forward to having them back to add more lighting upgrades.
