This is a great company with great people. They went above and beyond to restore our power after our electrical box caught on fire.

Excellent service. Arrived on time. Completed the two tasks requested: ceiling fan installation and voltage check. Great customer service from the supervisor who scheduled the appointment [Daniel] and the technicians [Brandon & Kevin].
I was informed, when the appointment was scheduled, of the hourly rate, and the approximate time frame for completion of the tasks - 1.5 hours. It took the technicians only 45 minutes to complete the tasks. Initially, I was still charged for the full 90 minutes. I subsequently spoke with the supervisor [Daniel] and requested that I only be charged for 1 hour. He immediately agreed and refunded the charge for one-half hour.

They are responsive and everyone on their team is great to work with! We've used them for several years, and they are a trusted partner for us.

At approximately 3:45 p.m. on September 17, 2015, an employee was given instructions to unwind an electrical whipout to a light fixture from around a sprinkler pipe in the 9-ft 6-in ceiling. The power had not been turned off to the fixture, and the wires were live. The employee contacted the live wires carrying 277 volts and was electrocuted to death.
