Don’t have any complaints with Lone Star as a matter in fact every time I drive up Mr. Steven Martinez ready to help me out. Will have my will call materials ready or ready to take my orders. Steven pick up that awesome job you do always with a positive attitude.

I’m an electrical contractor from Houston but I’ve been using Steven here at the San Antonio branch and he has been great! I will call in a will call order and 30 minutes later I swing by to pick it up and it’s ready. Steven will personally go and pick the order himself to make sure the orders are ready. He has been a pleasure to work with for the past 6 months and I definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a counter sales guy!

We have been ordering from Lonestar Electric supply for over 4 years now. Eric Haynes is always quick to reply to my orders and questions. Their driver Mario is a great delivery driver and is always in communication with my employees or myself. One of many orders was S101885152.001 was delivered to me first thing and ready to send out.

Bought Groupon for airduct cleaning and dryer vent. Understood the limitations. They refused service because I have two units. I called and they were unwilling to service one system when all I wanted was the dryer vent cleaned. He was abrupt and told me he would rather send me a check for my groupon . Poor attitude and does not live up to a service company.
