we ordered a part and lonestar electric took our money. when i inquired for an update two weeks later they indicated it hadn’t. shipped yet and when i asked them to provide a status of when it was expected or tracking information, they did not provide it. because it hadn’t shipped i asked for a refund and to cancel the order. they kept delaying a response even though i had talked with the salesman and texted as well. we are on our 5th call asking for an update and have yet to get a response, tracking info, or date i can expect it. i have texted for a refund and still have received no answer. this has been disappointing in so many ways. i am sure there are many companies who provide outstanding customer experiences and i should have found a more focused one. My experience with Lone Star Electric has not been satisfactory in any manner.

These guys have been great to us! Always seem to have what we need. The couple times they did not have it, they do everything they can to try and get it for us. Especially Eric Haynes, I've been working with this guy for years, and no one is quicker with responses, during and after hours. Not to mention, usually have the best price quotes in town.
