If you want an electrician that knows what he is doing and need it done right the first time you found the right guy. Jamaer with Green Electric Company is great at what he does. I needed an entire outside box swapped out, there was almost a fire from the old wires. Jamaer helped with getting that all fixed ASAP! He not only took care of it the price was fair and honest work. So if you are looking for any job big or small look no further than Green Electric. Great family, honest, fair and down right cool person. He is your man for the job.

BUYER BEWARE! This company took my money for an extended warranty and will NOT refund it - they are no longer certified by Generac and Generac does not recognize them as a dealer - therefore, they cannot purchase the warranty that I paid almost $1,000 for! Their customer service is non-existent!

I shopped around a few other places to get a big, whole-house generator. Green Light sells Generac generators, which was the brand I wanted. They came out, listened to me while I described what I wanted, and left me an immediate, and amazingly reasonable, quote. A few other customers took a couple of weeks to get back to me, with pie-in-the-sky quotes. One company should have been named "Golden Power", for their sky-high number!

So I bought this one from Green Light Electrical. It took a while for it to come in, but they were on-the-spot quick installing it when it did arrive.

Time to install was what they said it would be, and it worked perfectly the first time. We've only had one power failure since, but the generator picked up the load in about a minute, and everything was back up. (If you have computers, you'll still need a UPS to tide you over for that 60-seconds in the dark.)

They've been very responsive, extremely pleasant to work with, and we had ZERO problems with any of their staff during the installation. I'm very happy with their service, and other people looking for Generac generators (which should be everybody, after February's Fimbulwinter storm!) should call Krystal and Jamaer ASAP and get ready for this coming winter!

I would completely stay away from Green Light Electric! They haven't not refunded the money for the Generator I purchased more than a year ago. I had to find my own generator so they could install it. The two gentlemen that installed it were Electrician Apprentices that watched a Netflix comedy show while they installed (I have the video from my surveillance). The quote said it would be a master electrician, but Jamaer never showed up to verify install). Bottom line, they have liquidity issues won't respond to calls, texts, messages with their office. Save yourself the trouble and DON'T do business with them.

I had an electrical job that needed to be installed asap. I called 5 different electricians from Angie's List, and I am still waiting to hear back from 3 of them. However, Greenlight electric answered my call came to my home the same day and installed the necessary components on a weekend and in a timely and professional manner. This company delivers and stands behind their work. Highly recommended and very professional staffing. Thank you so much for your work and time.

I would like to commend Krystal for her outstanding service with my recent inquiry. I needed help trying to locate a user manual for a 20+ year old generator I inherited. I had been searching for about 4 days and even contacted the company that made it to no avail. Krystal was able to find and send me the link to the manual I needed and I now possess both the generator and engine manuals. I will now feel safe when trying to run for the first time in a few days. Please pass on to Krystal my extreme gratitude for her efforts in solving my issue.

Green Light Electric had a quick turn around time despite the fact our electrical issue happened during the winter storm. Our prior panel was outdated and at risk of a fire hazard, and it did not withstand the winter storm. They upgraded the inside and outside panel to code with arc fault protection. Jamar was very informative and explained what was needed and what services would be completed. His team did great, and communication and attentiveness from Krystal was excellent, keeping us in the loop with all the steps. Green light Electric completed the work in a timely manner.

I paid Green Light Electric over $7,000 in May of 2021 for a Generac Generator. I was told November installation. They contacted me later that it would be May of 2022. It is now October of 2022 and I have no generator. I have tried to communicate with this company by leaving phone messages and written communications. I have had no response back. I feel that I have been taken. Extremely unsatisfied.

Contracted for generator SEP 2021. I was told delivery/installation would be around MAR 2022. Delivery times kept changing until they stated 10/22. I asked for refund of deposit, which they agreed to JUL 2022. I have yet to see a refund check. They will not answer phone calls or emails. I can see I'm going to small-claims court to get my deposit back. I definitely would avoid these folks if possible. Lowe's will actually give you better service at a similar price.

These thieves have skipped town. I was having them served for theft and the office was vacant. DO NOT USE THEM if they resurface.
