I was referred to Joe from Alamo Electrical LLC by a good friend and contacted him on August 28, 2025. I explained the electrical hazard I had found behind my kitchen light switch. Joe came the next day, was friendly, and confirmed the problem — the light switch was connected to the wrong wire and was a fire hazard.
He explained that part of the wall and a large kitchen cabinet would need to be removed before he could make the repair. Once the cabinet was finally removed on September 18, I sent Joe pictures of what was found and followed up several times to confirm if he still planned to do the work. My last text was on September 23. I never received a response.
It’s extremely disappointing to be left without help after being told my home had a fire hazard. The lack of follow-through caused a great deal of stress and worry. Joe was the first of four electricians I eventually had to contact to get this problem resolved.

Joe Diego is the best, most honest electrician I have ever met. He did such a great job installing a new bathroom light and vent. Could not recommend enough!

They try to sell you something you don’t need and not affront with cost and not honest.

Ended up paying double the money for a very simple task and they said refund the plan that I don’t need and didn’t .

Never get to talk to the same person. It is always someone else . so you are in trouble.

Michael is an excellent electrician. We were having electrical problems in 2 of our rooms of our home so we called Lincoln Electrical after reading a few of their reviews. Michael came out, looked at the problem and gave a very fair price to repair the problem. After about an hour of diligent work he found the problem and repaired it. We also had him give us a quote for recess lighting which we will have him back out to do in the next few weeks. 5 star service from these guys.

Asks for money up front, gets flagged as suspicious, no physical building at that address. I would recommend looking for other options.

These guys executed a great job on attic gable fan with dedicated line to breaker. They also did great job on ceiling fan with double switch with dedicated line to breaker and a dedicated line 20 amp breaker to outlet in bedroom for mini split. The prices are great and everything was quickly and efficiently done. Can't recommend them highly enough!

4A Electrical did a great job helping me with a previous against code install. They were punctual and figured out the issue immediately. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of anything electrical.

We needed Electrical help over a holiday weekend.
Our Electrical outlets in the kitchen stopped working. We did the steps of resetting the box, resetting the breaker that wasn't working, etc. Still couldn't get power to that corner of the kitchen. Thankfully the refrigerator is on a separate circuit. We called on Saturday. They arrived on Sunday.
They had received several calls and were very busy. She asked and if our situation was an emergency, which it was not. They were very polite and assured us they will be out the following day. Had it been an emergency, they would have prioritised it and came out same day.
Two guys arrived during the timeframe expected. They were both very nice and polite. I could tell one was more senior and was coaching the other one. Wasting no time, they started checking outlets and the breaker box. They quickly identified the problem, verified they have the needed parts on the truck, and then promptly fixed it.
They identified another item that will need attention at some point, but was not urgent. We thanked him and said we will address it in the near future when we have some other work done.
Before leaving, they cleaned up after themselves, told us anything we need to know or be aware of, and ensured this was solved to our satisfaction. They also asked me to take a look around to make sure they did not leave anything behind and had cleaned up to my satisfaction.
