I would give 100 stars if I could, because it’s simply that difficult to encompass the professionalism and genuine customer care shown here.

Sal showed up at my home at a moment’s notice to help my wife and I resolve what we believed was a simple breaker issue.

He stayed HOURS without charging us because he was concerned for our safety due to a fried main breaker panel and a melting sub-panel in our garage.

Before leaving that night, he had given us a safe and effective temporary solution until he could come back. This made us feel so much better since we could’ve had a potential electric fire in our home. WITH A NEWBORN, that was a risk we were not willing to take.

The evening of August 18th, my house lights began flickering. I tried troubleshooting, but realized a licensed technician was needed. A quick Google search of electricians in my area and Jescon Electric popped up. I was hesitant to call due to no reviews or website to read up on.
After researching a few companies and reading the reviews about overpricing, I decided to give Jescon Electric a call. Good thing I did! The electrician, Jose, came out as soon as he could. Professional and personable, he worked on the outside breaker box. Jose quickly fixed the issue.
The technician is communicative and knows his craft. A diagnostic test and work was done for a fraction of the price other big companies charge. I definitely, recommend Jescon Electric.

Installers were very professional, clean and patient. I requested a can light install that was slightly complicated. They worked as a team to get it figured out and done. Was perfect! And exactly what I wanted.

Impeccable service from Franklin. When he came to give a quote for the service of upgrading meter can from 60 amp to 200amp as directed by CPS, he was very professional and reasonable and explained everything in lament terms where I understood all details.

Through the process he took care of everything including meeting with City Public Service reps when there were some issues on our part. He went above and beyond and filled me in every part of the process. And when an issue arised he made calls and got the right people put to get the job completed.

Franklin did an excellent job. He was very professional, on time and communicated with me throughout the process. He obtain the city permit, and drawing approval from CPS and forwarded the approvals to me. He also had to coordinate with CPS as they had to upgrade the line from the pole to my service box. He met the city inspector for the final inspection and obtained approval. He promptly forwarded a copy of the approval to me. He did all this for a very fair price, and I’m happy with his work. I highly recommend him for your electrical needs.

Frank and his crew are top notch. They showed up on time, respected the property and did a fabulous job hooking up my hot tub at a reasonable price. Reliable businesses are hard to find these days but I got lucky with these two.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Franklin and the Countdown Electrical Services team. I highly recommend. The job they completed at my home was extensive and came with a fair share of challenges, but they handled everything with professionalism, expertise, and a positive attitude.

The project included:
• Installing 35 recessed lights across four areas of my home.
• Installing motion-detecting and dimming light switches.
• Hardwiring and installing an outdoor floodlight with motion detection security camera.
• Adding four new electrical receptacles.
• Replacing a ceiling fan.

This wasn’t a simple job. It involved working in a furnished and occupied two-story home. The three downstairs areas lacked attic access. The ceilings are textured, making any post-installation repairs potentially tricky. The outdoor security camera needed a power source where none previously existed.
