Gino with 5G Electric is a Master Electrician who knows what he is doing and explains everything so you understand exactly the issue and what needs to be done to correct the problem. One of the issues we had were two outdated bathroom heaters and Gino explained they were special order items. The product came in sooner than what we expected. If I could give him cero stars I would, I had to follow up with this company 3 times for a quote. They put me on the schedule two weeks out, confirmed the day before and ended up rescheduling the morning the work was supposed to be done, and after I had taken a day off at work. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Not doing business with them.

We had Gino come out for an electrical inspection and provide an initial quote. Once he heard that we wanted to proceed more slowly and narrow the scope of work, he agreed to send us an updated quote. Unfortunately, he never followed through. Despite multiple attempts to reach him, his phone line is always busy. Calling the customer service number is no better—the automated system leads nowhere and makes it impossible to get real support.

This kind of negligence not only leaves customers in a potential safety hazard but is also highly unprofessional. If you need reliable assistance, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
