Gino and his 5G Electric team are phenomenal. I have used them several times including my last one after a water leak left without power two rooms and the garage. You would think that it was a breaker issue but that would have been something simple that I could have fixed. Gino’s team showed up in no time and after a methodical testing and troubleshooting found that the issue was with grounding issues. Based on the level of complexity and time it took them to solve it, the pricing was extremely reasonable. I have him on speed dial! Highly recommend!

Last week while laying plywood above the garage to finish the floor for storage, one of the guys accidentally screwed through the SE 220 Cable providing electric to the stove. Thank God he didn't electrocute himself! Unfortunately, I had no electric to the stove and it was late on Thursday evening going into Memorial Weekend. I called Chris after jumping onto our Neighborhood Facebook for referrals and Chris promptly answered. He was just leaving work for home and said under the circumstances he wanted to come by quickly to ensure there was no risk for electrical fire. He arrived about 20 minutes later and was able to assess and secure the situation. I found Chris to be extremely knowledgeable about his trade and full of integrity. It was very refreshing to meet someone you immediately felt you could trust. His work was impeccable. His cost was very fair. He gave me a quote that he stood behind and did not change at the end of the job. He arrived when he said he would, did what he and I agreed to have done, and he was very professional. There is no doubt that I will be using Chris again as I have already made plans for him to install additional lighting on my garage and in my flower beds. I met Chris last year when I needed some reassurance that the wiring performed by a shady pool installer was actually appropriate and safe. He came out right away, checked everything out and provided the reassurance I needed.
Today I needed an outlet that was wired to a switch adapted to provide constant power. Again, he came right out, on his day off. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was going to schedule an appointment for next week, but then, "you know what? I'm just gonna knock it out right now".
It didn't take long, but it was still his time and time away from his family.

Phenomenal customer service! I requested a quote to have two 240 outlets installed in my garage to support a welder, air compressor and plasma cutter. Received an estimate the same day and the owner gladly shared enlightening information with regard to code. The job from start to finish was significantly shorter than I expected!

After closely observing the work. I have absolutely NO complaints. Everything was installed perfectly and is aesthetically pleasing. Chris did an excellent job when replacing the original panel/meter loop along with an electric car charger in my 1962 Mid-Century Ranch in Windcrest. Not only was the quality of work spectacular (beautifully bent pipes, thoughtfully labeled breakers, quality materials, etc.) but also his customer service was second to none.

Half of the electricians I called for quotes never showed up and only half of those who did actually got me a quote. Chris was exceptionally punctual and communicative throughout the entire process. Even when we had to delay for other home repairs and weather. I have never worked with an electrician so professional in their communication and job execution.

Chris and Rick are amazing! They take pride in their work and make sure everything is right. Based on the inspection of a house we were purchasing, we reached out to get a quote to replace the electrical panels and upgrade the service before moving to San Antonio and closing on the house. Chris helped us to get everything ready so we could start after closing. He kept us updated throughout the permit and cps process. After moving in we found lots of other electrical work was needed - replace fans, install new outlets, install ev charging stations, multiple new light fixtures and recessed lights. Untangling and fixing some of the just funky wiring on timers all over the house (think of an attempt at full lighting automation using 1980s technology). Everything I threw at him, he figured out how to make it work. I will be calling him soon to the next stage of electrical fixes/upgrades. Highly recommend!!

We cannot say enough good things about Denali Electric. We recently relocated our small business which required installing new sub panels both on the exterior and the interior in order to accommodate additional 240 outlets, several dedicated outlets, multiple convenience outlets, overhead lighting, and wiring for a mini-split heat pump system. This was a lot of work for us to assimilate (and pay for) and we got 5 different estimates before selecting Chris for the job. We chose him because he listened carefully to what we told him we needed and offered explanations and alternatives as we went along and his pricing is fair, excellent value for quality work. His work ethic is very strong, he's punctual - calls / texts ahead, lets you know if he's going to be even a few minutes late; keeps his work area very clean and organized. When our HVAC contractor that we have done business with for over 20 years came to install the mini split, he commented how professional and neat Chris's work is.

We were so pleased that we also had Chris do additional work at our residence installing new outdoor lights, under cabinet lighting and several dimmer switches. Again, all beautifully done, in a timely manner and at a fair price.

A home inspection of my new condo revealed that my electrical box needed new filler plates. In addition I had found a mystery switch which I couldn’t trace to an outlet or light fixture. The service I received was excellent. Chris quickly fixed the electrical box and then traced out the mystery switch, even readjusting an outlet plate badly secured by the flippers who sold me the condo. While working, he asked questions to determine if there were other issues. Such personable and efficient service deserves praise, and I cannot recommend Denali Electric more highly.

I recently needed a major upgrade on my almost 60 year old home. The job included rebuilding the meter loop to 200amp, new electrical service panel and mast, new 125amp subpanel in garage, and new feeder wire from service panel to subpanel. Chris and his professional team were excellent and the entire job was completed in one day! Chris then followed up by scheduling the electric inspection by the city.
