Although the employees of the company are very nice, I feel so let down. I scheduled an appt for estimate on several items I needed done. Matt came by in January and was there close to two hours and I wrote the prices he quoted me. While at my home, he concurred with another plumber named Clyde to confirm work and prices. I rec’d an estimate by email that was far more. Karen, office mgr promised to follow up. I constantly emailed and texted requesting the resolution between Matt, mgr, and owner. Matt confirmed my estimate amounts. After much back and forth, Matt no longer works there, it was March 20th they chose to reschedule another estimate appt. 🙄 I ended up finding a company who completed all my issues for half the price. It shouldn’t take from Jan-March to get an estimate. Be considerate of peoples time and send people out for estimates and respect their prices.
Since I can’t reply to his response, I’m adding additional info to my original review. I never indicated I was on a tight budget. I was only asking you to honor Matt’s estimated amounts that were provided to me at the appt. Why would the company send out someone to give an estimate then email different amounts. My concern was the discrepancy and then you wanting to schedule again. Don’t make it appear I was begging for reconsideration of the prices given, I wanted you to honor your quote given to me by Matt and Clyde.

At the end of the day, they allowed me to make up my own mind, but I always went with their recommendation because it was a much better direction. UNREASONABLE PRICING!!

I reached out for a quote to have four shelves made and installed, similar to the ones in the picture I provided. Initially, I was quoted $75 per shelf, which seemed reasonable. However, I was later informed the cost would increase because they assumed I had a floating shelf kit that simply needed installation. This was confusing, as 4 shelves that need only to be drilled into studs shouldn’t cost $300 to install.

Once I clarified that I needed the shelves made and installed, I was told the price would go up, which I understood. However, a few days later, I received an email with a quote of $3,800, which seemed unreasonable for this scope of work. I replied to the same email requesting a follow-up call to clarify the pricing, as the amount felt excessive and not aligned with what I was requesting.

If they had taken the time to visit the location and assess the project in person, I believe they could have provided a more accurate and reasonable quote. I don’t require any structural changes or wall removal, so this level of cost escalation feels unwarranted.

Clear communication and an on-site assessment could have prevented this situation.

I called C.S.W. And they had someone out to fix my garbage disposal the next day. It was fixed in an hour. Always so professional and affordable

On Monday, Jajuan and his team completed my bathroom remodel after my Builder CKC Custom Homes completed my bathrooms with poor quality and subpar technique. For nearly 10 months after moving into my "Custom DREAM home", I lamented about the decision to demolish my bathrooms, but couldn't stand looking at the crooked lines, ugly grout and was always concerned about mold issues from how the tiles were installed.

After taking several bids, I was strolling through Facebook and came across C.S.W. Power solutions. Being a fellow veteran and minority, I was excited to see a fellow brother in arms in business for himself. I was pleased with the photos on Facebook of his bathroom remodels and made the call for our initial consult. After receiving some extremely high bids, I was satisfied that Jajuan's price was fair and that I wasn't being robbed as some vendors seem to inflate the price of their work because of the neighborhood you live in.

One aspect that was unique to this construction project was that I selected and purchased the tile and grout for the project and C.S.W. did the rest. The project started on time and the estimate to complete the project was reasonable. His demo team arrived and covered all furniture in the room that would be affected by debris dust and the crew had the wall demolished and cement board going up within the same day. Alberto and Victor arrived on time every day, explained every aspect of their work, as I was a bit curious and each day the progress of their work showed me that I had made the Right Decision.

Jajuan came to visit his team and ensured that I was satisfied with the team's progress. Even when a few items needed to be addressed, the team knocked it out and ensured I was completely satisfied. I even requested a few other projects for my other bathrooms and Jajuan worked out the details and had the team complete those tasks before their final day.

I am overjoyed with my new bathroom and don't want to cry when I walk in anymore. I wish Jajuan and his team would have been the initial contractor on my custom build, but that's water under the bridge.

Another great experience with C.S.W. Power Solutions! It is never a good sign when your upstairs A/C unit stops cooling on a Friday afternoon in the middle of a San Antonio summer. I made one phone call and C.S.W responded and came out within a few hours and resolved the issues. Unit was back up and running in no time. Clay was our technician and he was awesome! Professional and very knowledgeable! Their attention to detail and commitment to quality made the entire process a breeze, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. They stand behind their work...for 90 days. If the leak they repaired starts leaking again, sorry, you have to pay again. Leak repairs should have at least a 1 year warranty. I'll find another plumber that has a better guarantee this time. - UPDATE... The response to this is all lies. 1. The sink is less than 3 years old. 2. I NEVER tried to repair it myself. 3. NO pictures were ever taken. 4. My claim was NEVER denied by CHW. 5. The technician claimed his putty was better than a gasket so I believed him. It's not. 6. I was NEVER asked to follow up on anything. I do not need a new sink. I need someone to replace the gasket between the sink and the garbage disposal like it should have been done the first time. SECOND UPDATE...The new plumber showed up today. Not only did CSW do a poor job repairing where the garbage disposal connects to the sink, they also used putty to try to repair a crack in the side of the disposal. See picture. Why would they do that when the entire disposal is under warranty and could have been replaced back then? It will be replaced next week. Use CSW at your own risk.
