Not a masonry contractor unprofessional work

What started off as a great experience turned sour real fast. I was referred to Fernando by a friend of mine that owns a BBQ store, and he was fast and responsive with the design and bid. I approved the work on April 12 and it started right away. We had our granite selection done on April 19, and that’s where it all stalled. After no contact for quite a while I sent him a text message asking about when they were returning and I was told that they would be by today (May 20) in the morning. After waiting at home all day nobody showed, no phone call, no text message. I asked him what’s going on and he’s now telling me that the granite is still being fabricated.

Also we had French drains which were supposed to be built around and clear, but no care was taken and now the patio is flooding into the house. I messaged him about this and nothing was done.

All we ask is that we receive honest communication, which just isn’t happening. Once the lies start it’s impossible to get back on the right path and now he’s in possession of my money, my grill/flattop/accessories and I have nothing to show except an uncompleted outdoor kitchen.

This company is awesome! They came to install new timers for our grills after another company kept giving us the go around for 3 months, he came out next day and gave us a quote and was here to install shortly after. The times he installed stopped working due to factory defects and he was out quickly to have them replaced. Very satisfied with the service and attitude thanks again!

Fernando and Rebecca did an amazing job helping us create our outdoor kitchen. Their patience in helping us with every design aspect from granite, appliances, stone and pool deck colors helped make our building experience a very enjoyable one. I would highly recommend Outdoor Creations to anyone wanting a custom experience.

Fernando and his team built an outdoor kitchen that matched the brick of our home. He was responsive and his company's work was high quality. We had an issue with the equipment purchased from a vendor and he helped us solve the problem. He was extremely professional. We love our new outdoor kitchen he built.

Outdoor Creations is by far the WORST company we've dealt with. Have a bad reputation with customer service and follow through with communications. From start to finish with our patio & driveway extension, it was nothing but headaches after signing our contract. From digging our yards with no permits and then waiting for two months because it wasn't ready. Then work took 7 months to finish. Still have small things undone from contract but saying its under warranty since majority of work is done. Unacceptable for the price we are paying.
Several of our neighbors was done the same thing. What a mess. Such a bad experience dont want to go through with that again. Watch out.

We had pavers added to extend our driveway and it looks fantastic! Fernando (owner) listened to what we wanted and executed the project. His employees were hard workers, courteous and did a great job. We were very satisfied with the work done and we will be hiring them again for additional work!

Outdoor Creations does excellent work! We were thrilled with everything that they did for us which included front and backyard landscaping, outdoor BBQ and pavers around our pool. They actually did my landscape installation when I bought home and demolished the entire back and side yard….helped me design a beautiful, contemporary and energy efficient environment that I love! Their work was flawless, their cost estimate was reasonable, they worked when scheduled/weather allowed, and they responded quickly to questions. What we had built wasn’t a huge project in terms of size, but it was still executed to perfection.

Custom Creations designed and installed the outdoor fireplace of my dreams. The fireplace was added alongside my existing deck to meet my specifications. The whole team was prompt and professional. I had the greatest customer experience with Outdoor Creations and Fernando’s company. I built my home in Rogers Ranch 15 years ago and need a replacement built in grill. Fernando worked with BBQ Outfitters to find the right grill and the custom installed it. All went perfect 👍🏻. Superior fit / installation!! Highly recommend this company!!

Fernando and team are excellent. Developed a great design for our outdoor kitchen and workmanship was excellent. Pricing was fair and they stand by their work. Outdoor Creations also partner well with BBQ Outfitters, so our entire project was seamless and well managed

Very happy with the results. OC will make a 3D video and that will give you a great idea of how your build will look like. Fernando Sr. is very involved and will keep you abreast of any developments. The only one thing that took too long, in my opinion, was the countertop folks. They will make sure everything is perfect but be ready to do clean the area as the cutting of the rocks will create lots of dust. Definitely happy and will enjoy this for a very long time!

Fernando Jr, our contact was always on point. Very quickly to respond and kept us informed as to any scheduling issues. The kitchen turned out great.
