I own a newly built KB Home and want to share my review/experience.

KB has consistently done the same routine over and over again. Someone listens to my concerns about my experience and what repairs need to be done, just to stop replying to me. I have ZERO confidence in KB doing anything more than the bare minimum of repairs.

The home buying process through KB is manipulative and the loan department offers poor customer service. You can find similar benefits from other loan providers that offer better customer service and act with integrity.

KB provides such a long warranty because it takes them forever to come out and inspect/complete repairs.

We are extremely happy with our new construction home from Centex! From start to finish, the team was knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to answer our questions. (Specifically Ingrid and Trevor)They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We also appreciated the great incentives offered, which made a big difference for our family. Highly recommend Centex to anyone looking for a new home!

My wife and I just purchased a new build through Pulte & Centex and couldn’t be happier with all of the help we received along the way. Ana helped us go through the different house options and provided a move-in/closing date and stuck to it. Trevor was assigned to be our Project Field Manager and he’s been a blessing. He helped my wife and I, day and night, with any questions and concerns that popped up during the build. He’s been so helpful during the whole process, and even after we received the keys he continues to help us out. We couldn’t be any happier with the finished product and will definitely recommend Pulte/Centex at Davis Ranch to friends and family!

My experience with sales and construction was great, no complaints❤️. Pulte Mortgage, on the other hand, was horrific! Poor communication, zero updates, hard to get in touch with, and they called me the night before I was to close, telling me they couldn't get it done! I called my lender, Lindsey with NAF, and she saved the day! My realtor, Kassie, was also amazing! I do love my home….
