The construction manager Eduardo went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and ready for move in. From the biggest to the smallest details that we pointed out. We are in the process of moving in and have already received a call from Cinthia who is making sure everything works properly. We feel cared for and excited to be part of this great community.

The poor quality materials, poor engineering. And Watch for the cheap landscaping once you sign with these guys! I hired professional landscaping to fix my front yard, which was poorly coated with soil for the grass to grow up—a horrible experience for my first home. Don’t think of Pulte or Centex in this sub-division when trying to buy your home.

I had the pleasure of working with Chancellor Bates. Overall, I couldn't have asked for anything more than what he provided. The treatment, customer care, and responsiveness was well above the standard I've received anywhere else. Any issues, concerns, or general questions were answered almost immediately even after hours. Highly recommend.

I recently bought a house halfway across the world while stationed overseas. It was a bit of a rocky start with the title company making mistakes but they were able to make it up and provide top notch service to me. Working with Eric and most recently Trevor when I got into San Antonio Has been amazing. It makes me feel at ease that I made the right choice with going through with this company and builder.

Ingrid was the best! If your looking for Pulte or centex home in the future. She is absolutely who you need to speak with. She went above and beyond for my client and she also stayed in touch with us over the transaction. Most sales reps don’t do that but she did! Highly recommend her!
