Carlos & his team member had a big job on their hands to work the Gold Package magic on a 6 year old carpet and couch with stains, wear and tear from life with pets and children. All I was hoping for was improving cleanliness, I knew the condition of my carpet was poor but was so impressed that he nearly restored my entire carpet. There was great communication from scheduling to the end of the job and even though I called with short notice of my desired timeline during the holidays he fit me in within my preferred schedule and made a huge improvement in our home. Will be a loyal customer for all my carpet and tile needs going forward!
