He came and worked on the stained area while I was on a Zoom meeting and I really appreciated his professional demeanor and how he patiently waited until I was done with the meeting to finalize things. A little back story-
I have 3 dogs that are poorly trained and 3 children that are… also poorly trained. My carpets never stood a chance. After the 2nd POUND of Nestle chocolate milk mix made it into the carpet fibers, I knew we needed a professional.
