Rigdon always does a good job. I have used them several times for my windows and gutters. They are always prompt and polite and they do a great job.

Purchased 3 groupons from this company. First was gutter cleaning. I purchased larger area then my gutters because thought it was alot of work. When called to make appt was told they do not remove guards. NOTHING WAS WRITTEN ABOUT IT IN SMALL PRINT IN GROUPON. Man came and cleaned tiny strip of gutters that did not have guards. I paid $100 for that groupon. That was Strike 1 for me.

Then I used window cleaning. Was told they do not remove screens so I removed them myself. Came home from work and saw they did not clean tracks. Called to complain and was told thats extra. NOTHING ABOUT THAT ON GROUPON. Strike 2.

Last one was pressure washing. I liked the person who did the job so I complained to him about my previous experience with the company and he offered me $100 gift card as a gesture of good will. I then called to get driveway pressure washed.
After work was done I got a bill for $79. I called and explained the situation and since they charge less then $100 for driveway on groupon I was shocked they would bill me. After several phone calls and emails trying to collect $79 I am leaving the review. This is strike 3.

This company is deceptive in their omissions in groupon and will nickle and dime you. I would never deal with this company again and suggest you avoid them as well.

Just saying… one week before they can come out to issue a quote is wild. Company is based out of Kansas and I suppose they have a one man show here in San Antonio..

We love the great job Rigdon does cleaning our windows . Brandon did a wonderful job. He was so thorough getting every window clean, and made sure all of the screens were put back on properly.

Christopher arrived in the time window and was very courteous and thorough. My windows have never looked more beautiful. I will definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family.

Branden was on time and was extremely polite. He removed all the debris from the gutter and made sure that the lips of the gutter pipes were open. He should get a promotion

Brandon cleaned my gutters and cleaned up the debree from the gutters, He also gave me a quote to clean my windows and measured my gutter length to get a quote for gutter guard

This is probably the 5th time Rigdon has come out to wash and dry our home’s exterior windows! Each time the job left me with shiny sparkling windows! And each time, the young man doing the job was polite, careful of my plants, and worked hard to do a very lovely job! I’ll have Rigdon return when my windows are dirty!

I purchased the window cleaning on Groupon. Everyone I talked to from Rigdon was very helpful and friendly. They did an excellent job cleaning our windows. We had company over a couple of days later and they thought we had gotten new windows. I told them about Rigdon and they went ahead and purchased a window cleaning for their house. I was so pleased with the window cleaning that I purchased a power washing. I would highly recommend Rigdon.

Our technician was very focused on cleaning our gutters. He checked all of our gutters to see if they were clogged and was honest about the need to have more cleaned. Very nice man!

Rigdon is very easy to work with re scheduling and payment. The tech, Fabian, who came to the house was very polite and performed the gutter clean out quickly and quietly, including putting the gutter garbage into a black plastic bag instead of throwing it on the ground (like a previous company did). This is a zero lot property, so Fabian had to access the neighbor’s patio - he was very careful and quick.
All said, I will use Rigdon forever!

Brandon showed up on time and was cordial and friendly. He finished the gutter cleaning in a short amount of time and then took the time to blow some leaves out of my backyard and off my roof. I would have Rigdon over to do the gutters and/or windows anytime, as long as they send Brandon.
