Domingo and Nathan are two of the most professional guys I have come across in a long time. It’s so nice dealing with a team like these guys. They did an amazing job and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Personable friendly service that I highly recommend.

He explained how he could best address ALL of our special needs (we had fostered a couple of challenging pups) and handled all of them spectacularly. I HIGHLY recommend Aladdin Cleaning & Restoration for your carpet repair needs. I needed a throw rug cut and reshaped to fit my stair landing. They were able to cut it down and stitch the edges to perfectly MATCH the original edge. Levi was super helpful and delivered FAST & FRIENDLY service.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the incredible job Joe and Albert from Aladdin did cleaning the tile and grout in my home. They meticulously cleaned approximately 1,000 square feet of tile, and the results are nothing short of amazing with this special sealant to sustain the value. I’m very satisfied with the carpet cleaning service provided by Alladin. They did an amazing job—far better than any other company I’ve used in the past. Technician Eric was excellent; he took his time and made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned. I’ve had several other companies try before with no success, but Alladin truly exceeded my expectations.

I dropped my patio rug to be cleaned. $300.00. I picked it up and laid it out and was discussed. I called left my name . Number and complaint. Never returned my call. It looks horrible.

Management contacted me after my complaint. They’ve made things right by me.

We had Bryan and Josh over to clean a couple area rugs and our high-traffic staircase. Our area rug was pretty soiled from a recent new kitten we acquired. They did a fantastic job, all stains were removed and the carpets looked new. They completed the entire job in about an hour and a half and quoted us a very reasonable price! Would highly recommend :)

Aladdin does an exceptional job! They recently cleaned my carpet at my rental. To say the carpet was dirty is an understatement. I was actually considering replacing it. The carpet smells and looks new! They have my business for life!

Just had new tile installed. The company that installed them didn’t do the best job cleaning them. Charles came out told me right away they could help me out and take care of it. Was out a few days later. Tech cleaned everything and color stain our grout and sealed them. Floors look 10X better. Very satisfied with the work they did. Will definitely use them again for regular cleaning of my tile and carpets.

Aladdin, a name i have known since youth. Magic Lamp. Magic carpet. I had seen Aladdin Cleaning & Restoration facility years ago on Josephine St when I attended a function at the Hi Wire. Later a friend asked me where he could have his rugs cleaned. Researched carpet cleaning & recommended this one. Lo & behold who would have thought my house would sustain water damage last month from a broken water heater. Five Turkish /Asian carpets were. Water logged & damaged. QD Restoration took them to Aladdin. They were delivered today. Professionally done. Dry. Clean. Restored to original beauty. Now so happy the rugs are hugging floors in our house. Need to point out we have owned these rugs 31 - 57 years. They look new. Thank all for restoring. Unequivocally, Recommend Aladdin for any carpet cleaning restoration job.

Eric Parker and Austyn Loichti are awesome. They have been at our home numerous times. It’s an older home built in 1976, not sure if the carpet is as old as the house but they always make it look brand new even when our one dog was sick and had accidents thank y’all so much for doing a job well done

Overall disappointing. I had booked for tile cleaning and repair, discussed with the people who came to my house for the quote services that included both grout cleaning and repair, was given an estimate that included grout repair and then scheduled. On the day of the service, After all the furniture was moved, they then stated they didn’t know they would be doing grout repair and are unable to do this service. The employees that came were very kind and understanding, but overall management needs to address their scheduling and services offered because the whole situation was incredibly inconvenient and disappointing.

Edited to add that the team has since reached out and I will be giving them a second chance!

Eric and Austyn did an outstanding job cleaning my couches. They were incredibly professional, prompt, courteous, and clearly skilled at what they do. I was especially impressed with their ability to remove old stains I thought would never come out. My furniture looks brand new again thanks to their hard work and attention to detail. I cannot even describe how BAD AND NASTY my carpets were. Previous owners had 0 cleanliness habits. Indoor pets (to which included chickens we later learned) and I have two very mess toddler boys. These carpets were installed late 90s and Aladdin was my last ditch effort before pulling the trigger on new flooring. I am in AWE at how amazing my carpets look and smell!! I am beyond impressed and satisfied. I will definitely be using them in the future for other restoration projects! I wish I had before photos but here are my afters!
