This is the first time I've ever used a cleaning service. I was quite impressed with how clean my house was and the way it smelled (just a hint of cleaner, not overpowering). They cleaned things that were unexpected (pantry, under some furniture). I am thoroughly satisfied and will definitely recommend them to my friends.

They have come out to my house twice now. We have a 4 bedroom home and they usually take about 3 hours or so. Very friendly staff and reliable/on time. The first time some dust owas overlooked. They guarantee their work, but I didn't call them back out over it. The company responds pretty well to text messages and they can usually come out within a day or two. I highly recommend their service.

Ladies did a great job. Spanish speakers. Cleaned my whole upstairs , rooms, bathroom and all. Nice touch with even brushing one of my daughter's doll's hair. Very friendly. I am getting ready to book them again.

Me and my wife were excited to move into our very first home and we're also expecting our first child as well. Before we moved in, we wanted a really nice and deep cleaning while the house was still empty. We got in contact with Angel Maids and they were very nice and we scheduled a time with them for a Friday. We were going to be moving in that Saturday. On Thursday we received a courtesy text confirming our appointment. On Friday morning, things changed completely. We had to cancel the appointment.
We were first told that we would be expecting someone between 11:00-1:00pm, then was told between 10:00-12:00, then changed to 10:45-11:00, then around 1:00pm. It was 1:45pm and no one had shown up. When I asked about the delay, I was told they should be at my home at 2:00pm and they have a time frame to show up between 12:00-2:00pm. At 2:15pm, I was told that they were running behind, short staffed, and stuck in traffic. And it would be closer to 3:00pm. At this point I had been waiting for several hours, and could have been doing other things for our new home instead of waiting for them. I then informed them that I would be cancelling the appointment and was very disappointed. They did apologize and try to give a discount for the inconvenience. I thought about it for a moment and told them I we could still do business if they could guarantee me that they would be there by 3:00pm and the discount would be applied. They checked and then informed me that they would not be able to make it at all. I was very upset! After all of this and planning ahead, my time was completely wasted. They made offers and discounts, and when I agreed to them, they still told me they wouldn't be able to do it today. Greatly disappointed. And of course no other cleaning service is going to come out on a short notice on a Friday afternoon. So now we have to move into our home, without a proper and thorough cleaning. I'm a very patient person and try to avoid confrontation, but this situation really got me upset.

Absolute Life-savers. Was moving out of my first apartment and did not know how to properly hire a cleaning service. Angel Maids were very patient with me and walked me through the process. The end result was satisfying, they even cleaned tough spots I thought were impossible. Would definently hire again when moving out, 110/100

We hired this company to do a move out clean. The initial cleaning crew had some issues, mainly with communication. We called and spoke with the owner who was absolutely professional and he sent a new crew out the next day to complete the job. They did a fantastic job, our house looked cleaner then it did the day we bought it!
