We have been using Vanguard for all our janitorial needs for the last couple of years and do not plan to make any changes. Our team keeps our suite looking amazing. We have been very happy with the consistency of service that Vanguard has provided to our office building, and we are most impressed by the responsiveness we receive from Aracely, our account manager. She quickly addresses any issues that arise, and she and her team have frequently delivered for us on urgent or special requests.

We switched to Vanguard over our previous cleaning contractor after interviewing multiple companies. Vanguard had by far the best quote. We are very pleased with their service and have been with them now for 2 years. Diana, our representative, is very hands on and follows up monthly< or more if need be, on service and any issues we might encounter. The team we have cleaning our 280,000 sq ft facility , is very trust worthy and diligent about making sure the pay attention to all the areas of our business. We were a brand new build in early 2017 and a lot of money has gone into CGT and we want our facilities to be clean and presentable for all our customers to tour when visiting. Could not be happier. On the few occasions that issues arose, they were addressed immediately and we are quite pleased.

Vanguard is the best for all your cleaning needs. They are very responsive and do an amazing job! They cleaned our chairs to the point that staff thought we bought new furniture.

I just wanted to write a quick review of our company's experience with Vanguard Cleaning of San Antonio. We have been impressed with their work and customer service at our commercial office location. They have done a great job with the day to day cleaning as well as specialized one time services they offer. As always, the quality of service boils down to the actual crew doing the work locally, and I can say they have not disappointed.

The cleaning crew that comes weekly is amazing. When we arrive every Monday morning, the entire office is sparkling clean with stocked toiletries in the restrooms. At times, we leave quite a bit of trash to be hauled to the dumpster and they do it without comment. If we do have any issues, the situation is fixed immediately.

We have been using Vanguard for about two years and have been very pleased. The rates we were provided were considerably less than our previous service. I rarely need to contact them for anything but when I do, they respond immediately and take care of any request I make. They have done a great job for us and we will continue to use their services.

Whenever there is a problem she makes sure it gets taken care of immediately. They are a great company and making the customer happy always comes first!

Our law firm has worked with Vanguard ever since we moved into our new office over a year ago, and we have been very pleased with them. They are always responsive when we have special requests and are extremely courteous as well as professional.
