Vanessa, Chloe, and Alli have cleaned my house twice now, and they're amazing! The first time, I was home very sick- and they took care of everything, even my dogs! They go above and beyond.

I booked a deep cleaning service, and they did an ok job. The couch was left dirty under the cushions, there was still dust in some places, and my stairs weren’t vacuumed. It just didn’t feel like I got $400 of value with this service. You guys also left your step ladder here if you want to pick it up.

Edit: updating to me star because while they were scheduling to pick up the ladder, they offered a partial refund then backed out once they picked up the ladder.

I was delighted with the work of the cleaners, who were very knowledgeable and took pride in their work. I am looking forward to future appointments. My house feels so much more comfortable and my allergies are doing far better also.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I paid for a move in/out clean. My husband went to the apartment after they were done to inspect their work and it looked like they just cleaned the bathroom and swept the floors. The entirety of the kitchen was still very noticeably dirty. Oven was still wiping out dirt and the cabinets hadn’t been wiped down. Along with multiple walls that were completely ignored. Definitely not worth paying them $250 just to sweep the floors and very sad when I contacted them I was ignored multiple times. This was my last resort but I’m very disappointed in the work and management of two maids. Especially when I come to the reviews and see the owner responding to peoples posts but couldn’t get a response when I was still a paying customer.

Just cannot thank Sarah and Solis enough of the amazing work they did. They did a deep clean move out service for my 1 bedroom loft apartment and it looks like I never lived there at all with the hard work and diligent eye for detail cleaning the apartment. Highly recommend them for their service, their professional and friendly customer service!

Vanessa and Chloe did a fantastic job! I needed a custom cleaning service to deep clean just 2 rooms in my house along with some other basic stuff so I just booked by the hour. They were super flexible and even suggested some other areas I hadn't considered and cleaned those for me as well. Very happy with their skills and services!

Vanessa and Laytoya were truly incredible. This was our first time ever having our home professionally cleaned, and it came during a season of nonstop travel, kids everywhere, and a house that felt a little overwhelming. From the moment they arrived, they were kind, understanding, and completely judgment free.

OMG!!! Elijah came to clean my house today, she was by herself and did the most incredible job! I've requested that she be my returning cleaner. She was able to do a better job than two working together. This woman definitely needs a raise! I felt like she cleaned my house as if it were her own. Thank you Elijah for such an exceptional job!

I really can not tell you what an amazing job they did!! It really was life changing!!I have never enjoyed being at home as much as I do now,after they cleaned. The owner himself called me to let me know they were on their way, if there were any special instructions and to please let him know if there was anything I wasn't happy with. Just the opposite!! I couldn't thank him enough. Truly, this is the best gift you could give yourself (worth every penny...actually, worth way more than what it costs)

We have an antique tile floor that had multiple issues until Andres and his team at CleanMess made it beautiful and almost new again! He took the time to research the necessary products and techniques to do this project the right way. Also, honored his original estimate for the job, even though it turned out to be more complicated than any of us thought. We plan to call him in the future for other needs around our house, and will recommend CleanMess to everyone we know!

Andres the owner and the cleaning crew were respectful, polite and dedicated. The owner was there making sure the job was being done accordingly. We found ourselves in a bind trying to move into a new home that was left a filthy mess, by the time they were finished, it looked like a brand new home with no smell, dirt or filth. Just moved out of my apartment on the second and needed to have it professionally cleaned. One of my office agents recommend CleanMess and they were swift and very effective! The owner communicated well and worked within my schedule to get it done, even picked up and dropped off my keys from the office! It really was a phone call and the rest is taken care of. I dont think I can post the pictures but it looks like a whole new apartment! Good work!
