I called on Labor Day trying to find someone who could help me with a major leak on the irrigation side as a neighbor came to help. No matter what we did the water would flow. I called on a whim and the company owner came to help out and solved my problem. I am very grateful! This is a great company and I highly recommend them!

Great work by A&W Irrigation. They were quick to respond to my irritation request/repair and the work quality was excellent. I would definitely call them again in the future.

Update: While these guys did a great job communicating about our first job (sprinkler work) and carrying it out for a good price, They never did get back to me with the landscaping quote we discussed at length. I even followed up with them two weeks after they said they'd send it and although they said again that they would send the estimate, it never showed up.

I had to move on and I'm using a different company for that work now. I'm disappointed because I liked Andrew and he and his team were so responsive initially.

Andrew, with A& W Irrigation Service, did a great job communicating with us about when he would be at our home for an estimate. Then, after identifying the work we needed on our sprinkler system, he came back the next day and completed the work.

The final bill ended up being less than what we were quoted (when does that ever happen?). We were so impressed with their service that we've asked for an estimate on lawn and landscaping services. We're eager to work with Andrew and his team to improve the look of our yard and to add native plants to the landscape. I definitely recommend A&W Irrigation Service.

Andrew was absolutely amazing. I am a first time customer and just needed a few repairs. He answered my call right away and came out the same day to inspect my sprinkler system. He was able to make all of the needed repairs by the following morning. Andrew’s customer service and attention to detail is impeccable. I decided to hire him for the long run to service our sprinkler system and plan to hire him for additional services A&W offers in the future. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I'm new to the Fair Oaks area & sprinkler systems but I knew it wasn't working & needed help quickly. I called A & W because they had such excellent reviews on Google. They had Andy out in a couple of days & he had to replace the master valve & plug a few holes in the drip line. He had it fixed in no time, checked the rest of the system, and gave me a quick course in how to adjust the settings when needed. The office staff & Andy have been great. Their pricing I thought was fair & I'll definitely be using them for any future needs. Certainly recommend them to everyone else too.

I am flabbergasted by the amount of my estimated invoice. Completely unacceptable and unnecessary. I was able to get the repair work done for literally a fraction of what you all were charging, And by an extremely reputable & respectable company. When you try & gouge customers based on where they live, etc., you lose out & you lose credibility!

Personnel from A&W irrigation service gave me an estimate to build a new retaining wall àt my residence. They arrived promotly, listened to what I wanted, observed the scene and advised I would hear from them the following day. I received a text with an estimate a brief description of what they proposed to build. The estimate was right in the area i had budgeted. A&W personnel arrived the next day at the time i was told they would be here. The wall took 3 days to complete and it is was extremely well built. They were very thorough and prompt. They cleaned as they worked and if I hadn't known they were working i wouldnt have been aware of their presence. My wife saw the finished product and asked if they could somehow rearrange the fence so she could use it to display her flowers on the top. The retaining is much stronger than the stone wall that had collapsed over the years. Small children and large dogs hastened the demise of the original wall. This conrete block wall filled with concrete and metal rebar, built atop a poured concrete base, is going to last many, many years and A&W irrigation Services did an outstanding job building said wall. My wife and I are thoroughly pleased with the job and the price.. they surely rate the five stars they received.. i would have no second thoughts of hiring this fine company if i ever require their expertise again.

My sprinkler problems were addressed same day and when the issue needed a second day of work I was so impressed when additional crew came to help. My service tech, Thomas, showed up exactly on time and fixed a drip irrigation leak and then found and repaired two sizable line leaks that were costing me a lot in water bills!

First time working with A&W and they were awesome! They were responsive, communicative, and accommodating. I needed a repair in relatively short amount of time. I called them late one afternoon, and they were able to fit me into their schedule first thing the following morning. Ignacio was great to work with. He’s both friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to get our system back up and running in no time flat and for a readable rate. I’ll definitely be using A&W the next time I need irrigation work and would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend A&W Irrigation Service. They helped me with a landscape project that involved expanding a pollinator garden. They did an excellent job all the way from the first interaction through to completion. Excellent communication, worked very hard to make the project great, came up with creative ideas, resolved any issues that came up, listened well to our needs and they are fun to work with. Tucker did a great job. He was very polite and professional. I needed an emergency shut off for the irrigation system. He came as soon as he could ( called at 9:20 am and he was here at 12 pm )

My system had sprung a leak. I called A&W and explained that I was without water. They made a point to get here quickly. I had water restored in no time. They are our go to company moving forward.
