Hello, I'm not happy with the edging again this week. Circles were created around my trees and my front yard was covered in mulch from the flowerbed.

Paul and Jorge did a great job. Mowing, weeding and clean-up done very well. I’m pleased with the service that has been excellent!

Quick and easy online process to get a quote and approved for lawn service. Within 30 minutes I received a call and was scheduled for the next day. Jake and Paul came to my house at 6:30am to start the service which was a bit too early but the lawn looks nicely trimmed, edged and no grass clippings left on my driveway/sidewalk. All in all good service and worth the money.

Absolutely Frustrating Experience — Overpromised, Under-delivered

I wanted to like this lawn care service. The website looked slick, the app was polished, and the promises of convenience and seamless scheduling were everywhere. But let me tell you — this was all flash and no follow-through.

First off, in order to even request a quote, I had to create an account and put a credit card on file. Not just for booking — just to get started. That should have been my first red flag. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt, figuring the high-tech setup meant high-quality service. Big mistake.

I tried three separate times to schedule service. Three. Each time, I got a confirmation... and then nothing. No one showed. No one called. I followed up via their customer portal (which is harder to navigate than it should be), and each time I got a vague excuse about "routing issues" or "technician availability." At this point, I’m wondering if they even have technicians.

Here’s the ironic part: for a company that touts itself as modern, efficient, and tech-savvy, they can’t even manage to send someone out to mow a lawn. What’s the point of having a fancy app and automated billing if you can’t deliver the actual service?

Eventually, I gave up and called a local mom-and-pop lawn care company I found through a neighborhood recommendation. They answered the phone on the first ring, gave me a fair quote on the spot, and showed up on time the very next day. Not only were they more punctual and professional, but they were also less expensive — and they didn’t ask me to fork over my credit card info just to say hello.

If you want reliability, respect for your time, and actual service — skip the high-tech gimmicks. Support a smaller businesses. They’re doing it better, with fewer resources, and a lot more heart.

Don't even get me started on their incessant door solicitations.

Kevin and Alberto from Macario Brothers did a great job tag teaming the front and back of my lawn. They're also awesome at edging and ensuring that the grass stays out of my garden area. They even move my kids' huge trampoline back and forth which I appreciate! They're affordable and always provide great service - thanks guys!

The Macario Brothers were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. We had the brothers raise the canopies of our trees to remove limbs from our home. This also prepared the grass for plenty of sunshine for the summer of 2019. The Macario Brothers were very polite and respectful of our property. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for lawn care.

I’m a single parent and haven’t been able to cut my grass, Paul K. and Jake came out took care of my grass very quickly. They were very polite and prompt. I removed my items from my yard and they put them back. I have a pool with a deck and they cut the grass under there as well. These guys were amazing and don’t understand how much they truly helped me. They also cleaned up the grass from my porch and driveway. Thank you so very much.

I have a very simple yard. Some how they keep cutting the plants I have in a bed under my small tree in my front yard. I liked like them to grow please. They are so quick the also do an amazing job at trimming my potted bogan belia while edging the grass. They come every two weeks which my yard doesn’t even have enough to grow yet so I don’t understand why they keep damaging my plants.

They came today to install our christmas lights! This is the 2nd year we have used them and we wouldn't use another company. They are so friendly! They are prompt and are very fast when responding to question via text.

Paul and his crew did an EXCELLENT job on my lawn. They arrived early on the day they were scheduled and completed the mowing, edging and weeding within an hour. Paul cleaned the sidewalks and driveway before they left — everything looks wonderful! Macario Brothers has been taking care of our lawn for coming up on 3 years now and we have always had good service for a reasonable price. If the guys ever make a mistake, they are always quick to fix it and are very kind during every interaction. They seem to take pride in doing a good job. We have had several guys come to mow and trim our lawn and they are always fantastic but this morning Caden came to help fix a sprinkler head issue which we assumed was hit by a mower at some point. Turns out it wasn’t their problem at all and it was simply a leak and was technically a maintenance issue on our end I think. He took care of it for us anyway which he didn’t have to do! Great company, great team, good service, decent price. What else is there to say?

Kevin and Tanner installed our holiday lights on our house today. They were quick and professional. In less than an hour they had all of the lights in place - something that would have taken us several hours to do. We enjoy holiday lights, but enjoy them even more when we don’t have to put them up or take them down or store them. Thanks Macario Brothers for taking care of it again this year.
