There's nothing better than working with a family owned company. And Creative Visions Landscaping is the textbook example of how it should be done. A quick response from Donna, a visit from Rich, and then Dylan. From the first contact to the end of project, it took about 5 weeks, but that was with Thanksgiving and Christmas thrown in. Their crew was hard working, and cleaned up the street after the project was done. The scope of the project was met and then some! We are very pleased with the outcome, and it was an absolute delight working with this family. Can't wait until our next project is planned! Highly recommend this company for your next project, big or small.

Creative Visions Landscaping performed quite well last summer to improve the look of our backyard. Simply put, they took a plain, simple, pool area and gave it a resort look and feel. Top 2 slowest drivers in San Antonio. If you have anywhere to be, do not be within 100 miles from this guys truck. (35mph in a 60mph zone) is that safety or inconveniencing half of New Braunfels. If your trucks can’t handle speed limit with equipment on it then upgrade your trucks.

In the most recent heavy rains in TX our retaining wall collapsed. We hired Creative Visions Landscaping to re-build it.The whole crew (Management Included) Were fantastic to work with. They showed up every day on time and did very meticulous work. They cleaned up every day before leaving and the end result was much better than expected. I will absolutely recommend them and I will use them again.

We could not be happier with our decision to hire Creative Visions Landscaping to transform our backyard. I must start by saying 5 years ago we hired a contractor to do some work for us and he took off with our money. We sued him and basically won a piece of paper that says he owes us thousands. Because of that previous experience, I did so much research before hiring Creative Visions.

Creative Visions was so professional, communicated all throughout the process and finished the job quickly. I really wanted half turf and half rock along with a fire pit. I found numerous companies that could do rock or turf but was happy CV could do it all. The same crew showed up every single day until the job was done. I know some contractors will start your job and then disappear for days at a time leaving you in limbo but that wasn't the case on our project. I was so impressed with how the crew cleaned up at the end of each day. There was no trash anywhere. They also put down mats along the side of our house for the wheelbarrows so they didn't kill the grass. We had an existing rock patio and they chipped it out so there would not be a seam and you really can't tell that we added on.

I am disappointed. I paid almost $5000 for only 1/3 of my yard and it was done sloppy. There are bald spots in my rocks and the grass around the large stones was just rip out and left looking tacky. The stones aren't laid evenly. I just bought my home and wanted to make it perfect but it is far from that.

Unfortunately they are not telling the truth. They never had an appointment to come back they just showed up as I had to leave. They never responded when I first enquired. They just showed up 2weeks later. I see they are trying to save face but they were not sympathetic to the terrible work they did and they weren't trying to make it look nice they just wanted to get paid. Just look at the pictures.

Hernan is rude, he hung up on me because I didn’t want to provide last name before he could confirm a date or time to provide estimate. Poor customer service from the start!

Hernan and his team did a great job with installation of a sprinkler system and sod for my front and back yard. The job was done to budget and delivered on time.

We had sprinklers installed and full landscaping done for our yard including sod installation. We were blown away by the final product and the service along the way. Would highly recommend Lawn Works!

The labor lawn works team performed to reroute and add additional heads was professional and neat.

I was offended by the owner's smugness when asking questions about the type of sprinkler heads used and the scope of the work. During the negotiation I wanted to demonstrate the coverage of the irrigation zone so he would notice an additional head was needed. He told me it was not necessary he knew what was needed.

The result is a bald spot not receiving water. Had he not been so smug and more customer focused he would have seen this.

Your customers are your lifeblood, get off your high horse and listen!

Just had my water regulator valve replaced and needed sprinklers adjusted. Hernan came out next day and adjusted 5 zones worth of sprinklers. Made some repairs and blocked out a couole for me. Definitely recommended for sprinkler repair and replacement. Thank you.

Out of the floods of companies I've reached out to trying to get a quote Hernan is the first and only to call me back! It comes at no surprise that he is booked out beyond the window of what I'm needing to sell my house but I really wish I was sticking around locally so I could support his business and integrity that he upholds. Even when he knew he wouldn't be able to help me he still took the time out of his day to call, give me advice, and also warn me about the scams that are out there currently taking advantage of the crazy demand. Five stars ALL DAY for going above and beyond.
