I had a very humiliating unfortunate meeting with a employee of Etter's Tree Service. Her name is Karen. I stopped in to see if I can setup an appointment to speak with Mr. Etter and I was told there isn't a way for me to setup an appointment or a time that I can come in to see him. That he is here when a white truck is outside the business.. The two experiences I have now had with two different employees.. I would never recommend nor use the business services.

Etter provided excellent service from start to finish. Michael, the arborist assigned to us, was prompt and spent a lot of time evaluating the many trees we had on the property and answering all of our questions. We went with their services to have an oak tree trimmed and the crew did an excellent job and ensured the area was completely cleaned up when done. To top it off, the final bill was less than what was quoted.

I have used Etter Tree care now on 2 different occasions. I loved that Ed not only came out initially for estimates but he was there on-site before work started a number to times to ensure it was done according to the plan. His knowledge and service were impeccable especially compared to other "tree services" I had used. He made a follow up phone call afterward to see if I was satisfied with the work. I found his prices were also very reasonable. Outstanding service and value!

Michael cares about nature and animals and our planet’s health. He kindly gives guidance on what trees will work in your area, how to plant them and care for them. Has knowledge through his university and real extensive experience from working for the City of San Antonio!!

I have used Etter Tree Care twice for tree removal and twice for pruning over the years. I have also used them yearly for fertilizing my trees and shrubs. Their service has always been excellent. I highly recommend Etter Tree Care.

I had a horrible backyard, my husband and I just moved in and were only able to take care of the front. I inquired and Mr. Martinez was the only one to call me and give me a quote. He sent two men out the same day and they did a wonderful job. I'm having company this weekend and now I won't be embarrassed to show the backyard. Will use these services again in the future. Oscar and his team were great at removing extensive broken branches in and around many oak tress on our property. They were on time, knowledgeable and very thorough, reaching all areas of the tress and did a great job with clean up and protecting the cut ends of the branches. I recommend Oscar Ramos Tree Care; we will use them again.

Oscar did an excellent job of trimming the 2 trees in my front yard. And he stacked them in my back yard.

Mr. Ramoz and his crew were totally professional and amazing and he gave us a very fair price.! There was an old ash tree planted in 1963 that we finally had to say goodbye to. He brought his bucket lift to make sure everyone was safe. I trusted everything they did did because they were also aware of our sprinkler system. (Mr. Ramoz advised us to paint the grass around the heads surrounding the tree). We really appreciated what a great job they did in cleaning the street and yard. Will definitely be calling him in the future!

Jesus was great, he called back, sent me texts, came by for an estimate and was available the next day to work, him and his team did a great job, did everything I asked, and cleaned up all the tree rubbish afterwards, very reasonable priced, great service

Jesus is very responsive, shows up when he says he will, his team did good work and cleaned up well after the job was done. I would definitely use them again. He was also better priced compared to a quote that I got from another tree trimming service. I have a large oak tree in the back that he lifted the canopy, trimmed some larger branches close to my roof line and cleared a lot of the new small growth branches. He also trimmed back some smaller trees as well as cut down a Lagustrum tree which was strangling my hackberry tree.

Had Brian come out to take care my jungle I had in my backyard. This gentleman went above and beyond and had me ready for my event for Saturday. Definitely recommend his services if you need any lawn care or maintenance.

If you’re looking for an honest businessman that will honor the prices he quoted you, Brian is not the one. He gave me a quote in writing, kept putting job off, then 3 months later increased bid $1600 out of nowhere. His explanation was that he underbid. When I complained he continued to negotiate as opposed to doing the right thing and holding true to his word. This was one of the most unprofessional and strangest experiences I’ve had with another business person in my life. I would avoid this service at all costs.

Our yard was in terrible condition after years of drought, neglect and house leveling with excess dirt and rocks. The yard appearance is superb now. Thank you.

Called Brian & he immediately responded, gave me a quote and did the work the same day. This is the 2nd time I've used him & his crew; they are always respectful and courteous. Did a great job removing a huge tree and cleaned up. I'm very pleased.

Needee some work done at my office and they were out same day to give a very competitive quote. Then came out the next day and completed the job. Brian and his crew were awesome!
