They provided exceptional service. Came out on a Saturday to give quote same day I called. And completed the work that following Monday! Will call them again next time I need my trees taken care of.

Called and spoke to Cullen on a Saturday , and he came about 2 hours later for the quote. Called him the next day letting him know we’d like to move forward with his work and they showed up Monday morning. Cullen was super helpful and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Work was done in less that a couple hours, and the clean up afterwards was excellent. The crew was very professional and pleasant to talk to even with this unrelenting Texas heat. Highly recommended!!

I posted on the Next door app about needing my trees trimmed. Cullen replied and set up a same-day appointment. Upon arriving at my house, he took a look at the job and explained a lot of things to me and told me what needed to be done. He was very professional and did a good job. I highly recommend him and will use him again when my trees need trimming again. His prices are very fair. I feel like he didn’t try to rip me off like other tree trimming companies did.

I recently had a large cedar elm fall on my property during a storm, and Cullen came to the rescue. From start to finish, his professionalism and expertise were evident. He assessed the situation quickly, provided a clear and fair estimate, and efficiently removed the tree without any damage to my property. I called Cullen for an estimate, what I received was a whole new world of information that was not just hot air. As a General Contractor I experienced many Snake oil salesmen. He’s drove up in the time he said he would be there to estimate the tasks. I had a few trees for a client who had a gardener whom brought in some Ants from a foreign soil service Mexico,, that had some termites inside and they were very aggressive. Cullen gave me a very detailed but brief description of issues and what he could do to provide a pruning and save these trees.
He accomplished on time today and he was also on time. He went beyond call of service and cleaned up too.
If I were a competitor in this business I’d do myself good to hire him or be partner with him!
Fair Price for saving trees and hauling off the debris.
But remember you pay for what you get and get what you pay for. He Bids rightfully!!

I reached out to Cullen to get some limbs cut back from my roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the job.
The best part was that he was totally honest and straightforward. Unlike some guys who act like car salesmen and try to scam you into extra services, Cullen just did exactly what I needed for a fair price. He was super professional, did a great job clearing the roof, and cleaned everything up afterward.
If you want someone reliable who won’t try to oversell you, Cullen is definitely the person to call!

I interviewed several tree trimmers and I certainly made the right choice. They showed up within 15 min of requesting a quote and did a perfect job on all of my trees, from live oaks to palms to my neighbors encroaching over
growth. They showed up on time and did a great job in the timeframe committed. And for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Cullen and his crew made quick work of the removal of our dead elm that started dropping limbs on its own.
The work spanned over our home, neighbors home, and fenceline.
The crew worked diligently to make sure that nothing was damaged in the process; it was pretty cool to watch all the tricks these guys had up their sleeves to make it all happen.
We will definitely be having them out again when it comes time to have the tree trimming done on our oaks.

Great work! Cullen was able to get us on the schedule very quickly. I had Oak trees in the front trimmed and a few trees trimmed in the back. Everything looks great and the trees in back are no longer brushing up against my house. They hauled everything away and didnt leave a trace.
I appreciated the job they did and their communication through the process.

Cullen and his crew finished a great job for my house. They trimmed three big oak trees in my front yard and removed two big dead trees from my back yard. We had a nasty hackberry tree that decided to begin falling over our roof, gas meter and power line.
One tree trimmer had already given me the run around, asking me to meet him at 1pm, and not showing up, etc.
I called New Heights Tree Service and that same day received a quote by sending pictures of the tree over text, so clever and convenient.
The crew showed up about an hour later and worked 3 hours straight. They were polite, and focused on the job. The tree was also looming over the fence and the crew politely engaged my neighbors when they needed to retrieve branches, etc. from the other yard.
All the debris was removed. I am one happy customer.
