Travis met me at my convenience to provide an estimate for trimming several oak trees. The price was quite reasonable and he scheduled the work for the following week. There was a hitch at the city permit office which delayed the start a few days. Once the permit was issued, Travis & Adrian completed the work quickly & expertly and cleaned up all the leaves and twigs leaving the yard in better condition than when they arrived. Highly recommended!

We had a total of 6 estimates from different tree care companies. Some companies wanted a 50% deposit even though they were not able to do the work for a couple months. We didn't want to wait that long because we had lost many limbs due to the icy and windy weather in February. We decided to go with Burleson Tree Care because Travis Burleson is the owner of the business and he is also the one who does the tree work. With other companies, someone comes out to give an estimate, but the work is done by a crew. We had a bad experience in the past with a crew who came through and did a poor job, consequently, we felt safer dealing with Travis knowing that he would be doing the work himself. Travis is also very knowledgeable and has the experience we were looking for. Abraham works with him and does the majority of the clean-up. Both Travis and Abraham were great. Another BIG plus to us was the fact that Travis has a good eye for the aesthetic value of trees. He offered to cut off some of the protruding nubs from prior trims to give the oak a smoother look. Without us mentioning anything, he seemed to value the privacy offered by a lower branch of our large live oak tree (some of the other companies just wanted to remove the large branch altogether). He trimmed back the dead branches and scraggly ones while retaining the privacy we desired. We appreciated Travis' detailed and thoughtful approach. Our tree had not been pruned in about 5 years and many limbs were crossing our power lines. He was great to work with and spent time making sure that the job was complete to our satisfaction. We will hire Burleson Tree Care again. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Travis and crew removed a large tree from our property that was close proximity to our home and pool. Not only was Burleson Tree Care punctual on the day of the job, they also did a fantastic job taking the tree down and and cleaning up after. I recommend Burleson Tree Care if you need a job done well. We will be hiring them again for any future needs.
Update* In addition to doing a fantastic job taking out a large tree for us, Burleson Tree Care was able to schedule us for a time to grind the stump and have the area looking great! Thank you Burleson Tree Care for the quality and honest work you produce.

Travis and Crew are wonderful people to work with! Doing an excellent job at a most reasonable price! Travis even included trimming a few limbs that we realized were touching a power line that was a distance from the house. This was done upon arrival after the estimate was done days prior and Travis charged us nothing extra! We will be using Burleson Tree Care from now on!

I was just on the freeway near 1604 and I-10 when I encountered a Burleson Tree Care vehicle. Debris was flying off the truck, and I ended up running over a large bush, which could have easily caused a serious accident. This is a major safety concern, especially on high-speed roads like highways and freeways. I'm leaving this review to highlight the importance of securing all materials properly—proper safety precautions are absolutely necessary to prevent potentially dangerous situations.

Travis is knowledgeable, friendly, reasonably priced and customer service-oriented. We had two oak trees removed with stump grinding. He and his team were extremely efficient and cleaned up as they proceeded through the project. I highly recommend him.

This company went above and beyond my expectations to take care of my project. Exceptional customer service from the office staff and all of the work was very well done. I was very pleased and grateful!

Chris and his associates trimmed a mature pecan tree and a young anacacho in my front yard. They lifted and opened the canopy of the pecan, working across my yard and my neighbor's. I liked that they took their time, evaluating the tree holistically and making precise and careful cuts. The anacacho was cleared of cross limbs and serpentine growth, the crew again taking their time, revealing the inherent symmetry of the multi-trunk tree with their careful shaping. Clean up in my yard and my neighbor's was thorough. Great crew, great job.

These guys are the real deal. I’ve been working around them for years and sending clients with real tricky tree health care questions and exceptionally difficult tree removals since I started my tree business ten years ago. They are a thousand steps ahead of us. There are some really good tree companies in the San Antonio area and these are one of the industry leaders in South Texas.

Had appointment set up with Tree Wise Guys for an analysis on my tree since it was hit by a vehicle. This was an estimate for my insurance company. Had appointment set up for a week. The company never showed up for the appointment. I called them regarding the appointment and receptionist stated she had a wrong phone number for me. Then there were other excuses besides. Needless to say, I still do not have an estimate for the insurance company yet, thanks to Tree Wise Guy's. I give them a thumbs down for poor customer service.

They did a terrific job for me two years ago. Gave new life to the tree in our front yard. Looks great. Trimmed our 8 oaks as well to keep them healthy. Highly competitive pricing and knowledgeable service. We are pleased.
