The Magenta team arrived to their appointment on time and were very friendly. They quickly assessed the areas that needed attention and maximized on the time they were scheduled for. I scheduled a two hour cleaning and all three women exceeded all expectations on what I thought could be accomplished. I even told them not to worry about getting to certain items if they didn't have time and they did it ALL. I am so grateful for this team and will be booking with them again. Thank y'all again for your amazing service.

I have had Lupe's clean my house for several years, and have been well satisfied. The teams are friendly, and thorough. They aren't hesitant about asking questions and pay attention to special requests, i.e. high shelves or trouble spots in the kitchen. Scheduling is easy to manage.

Mary Jane, Rosario, and Ida were fast and fantastic! Less than 1 second per square foot and everything is sparkling clean! Nice fresh scent too! I’ll definitely be asking them to come back!

Red Team did a fantastic job of cleaning a family member’s home with years of dirt on the floors & in the bathroom. Very sweet & hard working ladies! They even had a drain snake with them to unclog a sink drain which is going above & beyond! Sooo glad they could help me out & will definitely use them again!

Lupe's Home & Office Cleaning, LLC, did an AMAZING job of general cleaning my home. They were quick, professional, and thorough. I would highly recommend them for cleaning any space. They even organized items that were out of place in the home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

So the violet team was supposed to arrive at approximately 12:45, but didn’t get to my place until 2:13. I didn’t receive a text or email alert until much later in the evening that they were going to be that late, like hours after they had already finished the job. The company however was responsive to me and the violet team did let me know about their arrival. They did a very good job with cleaning though in a short amount of time. I was impressed, especially for the affordable price. I’d work with this company again and hopefully next time the alert system will be properly functioning.

I can not say enough good things about this company and specifically the violet team. I was able to change from a first clean to a deep clean with no issues and communication was clear, direct and prompt from scheduling to completion. The actual cleaning was incredible, stains in my bathtub that I’ve been trying to get out for two years were removed but the details are what blew me away - arranging my daughter plush toys and her bedroom pillows, our bed and surfaces, folded toilet paper. Amazing. Based on these results, I will be asking for recurring cleaning with this team. Price was also EXTREMELY fair for the quality of work and attention to detail

Team Violeta(Erika, Abigail and Irene) were on-time, friendly and left my home feel so clean. They got right down to business and were in an out in less than 3 hours. They were also super friendly to my pets, and to me, is above and beyond customer service. The pricing was reasonable: Kitchen, living deep cleaning and bathrooms cleaned and oven cleaning.

I was so OVERWHELMED with my home. She sent a crew and they did an AMAZING JOB! It was a tough job, because I've been unable to sweep, mop due to back injury. They left the home sparkling and decreased my anxiety significantly. Will book again for maintenance! Worth every penny!!

I used Lupe’s Home & Office Cleaning service for a move-out clean of a home I lived in for 25 years. I’m very particular and made sure they met my expectations. They did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone.

First time using a cleaning service and very impressed! They squeezed me in next day on a Saturday, showed up an hour early with no heads up (be ready), and we're done in a couple hours. Kitchen, bathroom, surfaces, and floors all look great. They even did 2 sinks worth of dishes and instead of putting them in the dishwasher they put them back in my cabinets. They couldn't stick around 5-10 minutes to make my bed (sheets we're still drying so it's my fault), but they did a great job where it counts. All for under $200, it was the general cleaning. Great first time experience.

The Red Team came to our assistance today and over performed. They left the house in such great shape we will now request a more regular service. Thank you for the timely and prompt cleaning.

Wow!!! I had the GREEN team with Desiree, Maricalla and Rosario. Go team VERDE!!! They did an absolutely amazing job. Not only were they very friendly and professional but they worked very hard to make my home look and smell absolutely amazing!!! It had been a long time since I had a true deep cleaning of my home and I could not have expected more. They were very organized and thorough. Each room was done one at a time so they could make sure nothing was missed. There is absolutely no dirt or dust left in my home. They even took care to organize my decorations when they were finished and made them look even nicer than the way I had them. I was home part of the time they were here and never made me feel like I was in their way (although I tried to stay out of their way). Thank you so much for such an amazing job!!!

Mary Jane and her team were awesome! Showed up early. Very professional. Absolutely scrubbed my house clean floor to ceiling. This was a move out cleaning, but I plan to use Lupe's for routine cleaning at my new home.

It's three women (sometimes two). They do a fantastic job in about an hour! The clean in detail. I look forward to my monthly cleaning. The price is very reasonable. They notify me in advance to minutes before arrival. These ladies come in and get the job done. They came in and made minor organizational adjustments that were easy to maintain. They are always so lovely and polite. I try to tip well, considering I live on the third floor. I highly recommend you try them. I promise you won't be disappointed.

The whole house looks amazing, but especially an amazing job cleaning out the oven. Never seen an oven so clean! Also great job on bathrooms and throughout house. Will definitely hire again.

I was unhappy with my Move-In clean. 3 ladies came to an empty 1900 sq foot home and did a subpar job for $500. I paid extra for carpet cleaning, which only looked to be vacuumed.
While they were cleaning, my husband and I trusted them to be left alone. We were notified as they were leaving that a man came to the home and removed our ring doorbell and an additional ring camera in the front of our home. It would have been nice to be notified that someone was removing things from our new home without our consent. We had no details of who this person was other than the cleaners’ word of mouth. My husband called the company to try to get more information to be able to file a police report but no one ever called him back.

Totally recommend! I hired Lupe’s for a move-out clean and it was very well done.!The ladies were so professional and thorough (they even moved the stove!). My apartment is very old and was pretty grimy when I moved in, so I’ve never seen it so clean. It looks amazing and I will definitely get my deposit back. Very good price for the amount of work they did, too.
