I tried this referral agency out for the first time, and I love it! The rates were reasonable enough (in fact, I was a bit hesitant to hire them since they were greater compared to the other companies I’ve inquired with), and the staff are very professional! Every single frame on the wall were dusted and cleaned thoroughly, I don’t think I can ask anything more from them!

I had a stressful weekend and hired them on a whim. Came home to a job well done and it gave me peace. They did a better job than I ever could’ve. Will definitely use their services again!

Our Patriot Maids continue to be among the best. Very thorough, covering every detail we requested, 2 1/2 baths, master bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast room, and all the baseboards in these areas (you know how dirt and crumbs like to hug those baseboards). During this past cleaning we had 2 dogs in the house while our daughter temporarily is in our home as she transitions from one home to a new home (double to dog hair). Still, the 2 maids left the house shiny and sparkling. We see different maids every 4 weeks and they are always cheerful, courteous and just perfect. Thank you, Patriot Maids.

In preparation for a family gathering for my mother's funeral, we contracted Patriot Maids Cleaning Services of San Antonio for a basic interior house cleaning. Floors, baseboards, dusting, inside windows. I think we got two young ladies that day who struggled to complete only some of what we were promised. $502.71 for a half-baked cleaning. I should'a done it myself and saved the money. I do not recommend them and we won't be using them again. We're a normal married couple in our early 60's. We know what right looks like, and Patriot Maids did not perform as contracted.

I have booked the cleaning service three times now, and their results have always been amazing. Made a list of my “problem areas” and they made sure to address every single one of them–I made sure to check them too. They even organized my closet, as I’ve requested them too, and they were quite color-coordinated too.

We were able to book online and were able to add all the extra services we need (we added a patio cleaning and a closet organizing). The independent house cleaners seem to be very experienced, and they follow all of my customized instructions.

Very easy to book. Wanted to move in immediately into my apartment, so it was an emergency clean-up. The cleaners came in promptly, and even asked for any needs I had that they could address. Maribel & her team came to my home for a deep clean. We live on a ranch & have a big dog who lives in the house. They did an AMAZING job! The floors, which I can never seem to clean without leaving streaks, looked amazing. My sister even commented on them. The whole house smelled so clean & just shined. I have huge windows in my living room that they cleaned. My mirrors in the bathroom were perfect. No complaints here. Nothing was missed. They used their time wisely & valued mine as well. The best and detailed cleaning services I have seen so far they made sure my needs were done precisely and they were the friendliest of people that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting if you want your place cleaned and done right with respect choosing them is the best option. Patriot maids cleaning services is by far the best service I have received from a cleaning business. They were very professional and got it done on time. They did a deep cleanse and it had looked wonderful after. just in general amazing service.

Listen, they do an amazing job cleaning. I cannot complain. However, their prices are ridiculous. There is no justification for charging $400 for a cleaning of a 1500 sqft home. The only reason I used them is because my regular housekeeper was unavailable and I had family coming in. She charges me $150 and sometimes $200 if I ask her to throw in baseboards or windows. But after Patriot Maids gets done adding all the little extra fees for literally ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING, they’re breaking your bank and charging over 200% the typical charge for a deep clean. I used them in the pinch of time but never again.
