I had a terrible experience with this company.
I had booked their services for a deep clean of my house. We had gone through multiple phone calls to discuss scope of work, rate, number of cleaners who would be present and they provided me with a checklist on what all would be cleaned.

On the day of cleaning, the cleaner Sonya W arrives with no idea of what all they are expected to do as part of deep cleaning and asked me instead. I referred them to the checklist. Ten minutes into the job, the company calls back asking for an additional $50 as pet fee. During the time of booking, none of them had asked about this or spoken about an additional pet fee charge. I declined to pay the additional fee to the company. A few minutes later, both the cleaners leave the house with no explanation. Even Erica, the lady handling scheduling for the company didn’t seem to know what the cleaners were up to.

Thankfully, I wasn’t charged for it. The scheduling lady Erica was helpful and apologetic through it all, and offered to send someone else. However, after the first experience, I was hesitant to let someone else from their company into my house again and declined.

Cleaner showed up an hour late. No call and no one at office answers the phone. Took 2 days to do a 4 hour job. They didn’t finish mopping, did not clean switch covers, left the thermostat on at 70. Horrible experience. Will never ever hire or recommend this company to anyone.

Oasis Cleaning was excellent, especially as we were first time customers. We had a wonderful experience with the cleaning crew. They were on time, worked hard, and cleaned areas that we noticed they missed. We called to talk with Erica afterward and she helped us book our next cleaning and listened well to customize our needs. Anthony also gave us a discount for repeat cleanings. We had a previous cleaner who charged over $100 more and who didn’t clean as well as Oasis cleaning service. We are thrilled to have found Oasis!

They were awesome. I have three dogs, one cat, and two rabbits. I was worried the house would not be as clean as it was the day I moved in but they did it. I am beyond satisfied with the job. Definitely recommend Oasis Cleaning for anyone needing their home cleaned.

Excellent work. Had the service for kitchen and bathroom and the before and after were night and day. I know I wouldn't have done half as good a job had I tried on my best day. The bathroom was particularly tough. Very pleased and will definitely be using them again!

My cleaning team did a fantastic job, even vacuuming out my window wells and getting up on ladders for high shelves. My home looks wonderful for a reasonable price, especially with the military discount. The only negative part of the experience was that my team was late with no heads up from the agency. They were very courteous and apologetic on arrival, but since I have no way to contact the subcontracted team ideally the agency would have let me know. Overall a great experience, I would recommend Oasis to anyone looking for a deep clean before a special occasion.
