We’ve used Molly Maid for several months now. Ruby and Valerie have fine tuned our requests and leave our home sparkling clean. They’re a great team. Thank you ladies.

It was my pleasure to have Maria & Martha Rt#5 today as my cleaning team, they did an outstanding job, very professional, yet very friendly. I highly recommend them. I will gladly receive their services again.

Aside from showing up on time if I could give a half a star I would. I hired them for a “move - in” clean for 2 hours and told them during this time I wanted specific areas cleaned in my bathroom and kitchen in which only would take 30 minutes even if doing a deep clean. I leave and returned to my home 2 hours later both maids were still in the bathroom and kitchen area I left them in …. No shelves were cleaned off in my bathroom or closet , the specific areas I wanted address were NOT accomplished even after they said they were done… I go to the kitchen it was a very mediocre cleaning service and almost seemed the place was in worst condition after they cleaned it. I even had to point out areas that still weren’t done in the areas I specifically requested to be cleaned. As a “professional” cleaning service I had expected more attention to detail which I did not receive. I called the same day to express my displeasure in the service in which a lady answered as if she was smoking and coughing and confused as to I was calling and hung up. I then called a second time to explain to the lady and she told me someone would follow up with my on Monday to send out more maids to address the areas that weren’t cleaned ( which was in their policy ) . Monday came and I received no calls. The following day Tuesday I called them three times and my calls were declined. It is now wedsday and no one still has returned my calls I am requesting a full refund for this mediocre service and horrible customer service.

Ruby and Valerie are awesome at what they do and a credit to their profession. I respectfully request their services again.

Great experience! I have tried several home cleaning companies over the past 2 years here in San Antonio and Molly Maids of San Antonio NW is the best of them. While the other 2 companies I tried do roughly the same quality of work, often it was hit or miss. They had problems with keeping experienced employees on the payroll and they were horrible with time management and often would either show up several hours late each time, or occasionally not at all.

Molly Maids is a professional organization that is well managed, well trained, and reliable. They set themselves apart by taking the time to do things right, and by respecting my time! When they say they are going to show up - they show up, if there is an issue with the appointment time they contact me. Sounds simple but that is not how other companies operate in this area.

So yes, they are very good at what they do, specifically Route #13 with Ana and Norma (my favorites), and the backend support they get from the office all combine to make this company my go-to choice for having my home cleaned. For those reasons, I am happy to recommended this company to others.

The ladies arrived on time. We did a walk through so I could show them what I wanted and they immediately went to work. They worked solidly for 2 hours without a break. They did exactly what I asked and the house looked clean! I would recommend this company. This was a move out clean so the house was empty. The ladies were friendly and professional.

Amazing! What an amazing job they did. When I walked in, I could just feel how clean it was. I had the pleasure to meet the owner as well and I could tell she is very passionate on what she does and the quality of work she provides. What she says is what you get. There was no cut corners, I got what I paid for and they did a fantastic job. I recommend using this company and no one else, you won’t regret it. They are very professional and kind.

Erica was very polite and professional. We rent our house and she has always been able to help on quick notice. Very clean each time and even helped with a recommendation on how to clean stained concrete. I would not hesitate to hire her company for any cleaning needs.

With a move coming up and needing to get our house to shine my family was facing a herculean task. Somehow we had to empty out all the trash accumulated after 3 years of living with 2 roommates, moving in from an apartment, and then still clean it all in a looming 3 day window. Luckily I had used BB'z housekeeping before and knew they did quality work in the past.

Luckily they still maintain their high standards and were able to schedule my house for a deep clean and window cleaning in just 4 days. We hauled our junk out of the house and the next day they came in and got to work. In hours my house was sparkling from bottom to top, windows glistening in the sunlight, and the whole place looked brand new. I can not recommend this service enough, whether you need a deep clean like I did or just are looking for a recurring cleaning service. Erica is always so friendly and happy to help.

They also apparently offer the electrostatic cleaning that will disinfect your house which I hadn't known about but is great if you are trying to keep your house clean and any high risk people safe.

Reached out to BB'z housekeeping to get a home cleaned before my clients moved into it. Her and her crew did a fantastic job, going above and beyond until the job was perfect and my clients were happy with the results. Great service and will definitely be using them again. I was amazed by the moved out cleaning Erica and her team had done. They are super friendly, very professional, and very time efficient. I was in a rush for having someone to clean the entire house for me. They respond immediately, and help me clarify what service I needed. At first I thought I just need to regular cleaning but after Erica inspect the condition of my house she recommended to try the move out clean. There is not much difference in the price but there is a huge difference in the result came out. When my landlord is inspecting the house condition for move out he literally said nothing because the house is super very extremely clean. Wow!!!! I strongly recommend trying their cleaning services, save some time and energy, move out is tiring but with their help, it’s super easy!

Erica did an amazing job on our home. We moved in about a year ago and though our landlord said the house was professionally cleaned it was not. Erica came in and cleaned the house from top to bottom! We loved that she came here to to a job and stayed focused the whole time. It was truly money well spent!

I just received some of the best housekeeping service I ever had. I requested a move out/deep cleaning and they far exceeded my expectations. Erica and her team were punctual, professional, thorough and had high attention to detail. They truly deserve more than 5 stars. My only regret is that I did not hire them sooner to do routine cleanings for me.

One of the more expensive cleanings i have purchased, however they spent a good 6 hours in the house and it is As good as i could have asked for. I am very happy with the work done. I would recommend them to anyone willing to pay for a complete cleaning of your house. The move out cleaning was very comprehensive and they did not cut any corners i could find. Well done BB’z

Erica and her team are fantastic!! Jenna is a fantastic cleaning technician. Everytime I came back home after my cleanings the space feels clean, smells good, and the energy in home is amazing 💯. I like to give balanced reviews, so the only negative comment I would make is that the service is a bit pricey. I don't mind paying for quality work and peace of mind.

This was my first time having someone come in and clean our home. They did an amazing job. We chose the deep cleaning for our first one and I’m really glad we did. I didn’t realize how much we needed it until we walked in after she was done. I highly recommend, trustworthy and exceptional service.

Awesome staff and fantastic service. Both Erica and Irene did a great job cleaning my house, despite my last minute change from general to deep cleaning.
Context: I organized a last minute party, so I looked around town for a cleaning service and they were the first to get back to me with immediate availability. By that I mean next day in the morning. The ability to text them also made it way easier to plan as I can not call for most of the work day, 10/10 would recommend!
Details: They got on site at 10:45am and finished around 3:55pm, and the house is about 1500 sqft (3b, 2br) - costing about $500 for the entire deep clean.
