House Cleaning reviews in San Antonio, Texas

My review isn't for the company services but for the lack of safety for other drivers on the road by this business. I was driving to work on interstate 10 behind one of their company trucks and debris from the truck bed starting flying out toward my vehicle. I had to shift to the next lane to avoid a collision. I also observed a dangerously low rear tire on that truck. This is not the way to handle cargo deliveries.

We hired this company because of Home Advisor. But after weeks of treating our pool they left it dirty and with algae. It looked like they didn't really do anything at all for weeks after the initial improvement of green to clear water. There was still live algae on the walls. Sand and dirt on the floors. Felt like a rip off since we paid hundreds of dollars just for them to put a few chemicals in our pool.

Amazing customer service. We do landscaping and had a huge mishap when installing a palm tree. A pipe by pool broke and we didn't have knowledge on how to get water to stop filling up the whole bed. David came to the rescue. We are so grateful and we highly recommend this company. We work with many client's who have pool service and we have had many good experiences with them but this one is above and beyond expectations. 5 stars plus!!!!!!!

If I could rate this company zero stars, I would. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did they perform shoddy work on my pool, but they also broke an essential part during the process. To add insult to injury, they wanted to charge me for the damage they caused! Their customer service is atrocious, with staff that are rude and unhelpful. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. Their incompetence and unethical practices are simply unacceptable. Whatever report they sent to the Pentair company voided our warranty, but they are happy to fix it at our cost.

This is my third pool company and I’ll tell you, my pool has NEVER been this clear/clean. Everything is very detailed with pictures down to closing the gate. Never been happier with a pool company. :) 10/10 definitely recommend!

Fusion does a great job maintaining the pool at my short-term rental. As a remote manager, I appreciate their thorough service reports, which include photos, chemical readings, work performed, and any actions I need to take. Highly recommend for property owners who need a hands-off solution.

I have had the most horrible experience with Fusion Pool Services, and one of their service technicians. The only reason I am giving them one star is because zero is not an option.
My issue is that I had a brand-new Pentair Mastertemp 4000 heater installed by another company who did a great job. However, the heater would not work. That company called the Pentair warranty folks and Pentair’s service provider in my area is Fusion Pool Service. Here is where the problem starts. From the first visit, this arrogant, know it all technician was impossible to work with. And as you will hear in a minute, he does not know it all.
The problem with the heater was a gas flow issue. According to the technician, it could not be the heater or the gas control box within the heater. He blamed everything else. Refused every time I asked if he could look at the gas control box. Told me I needed a plumber or CPS to fix the gas flow. Let’s fast forward. I have had plumbers out twice, and CPS out at least a dozen times. CPS has replaced our gas meter four times, the regulator twice and the emergency stop valve where our line ties into the main. CPS has gone over and above to help on this issue. Trying and trying again to do everything they could to help. They even installed a custom gauge at the heater to prove there was an adequate and steady gas flow. Every single service person that came out said it was the heater. Probably at least 20 people between all of the visits. But I had the one technician with Fusion Pool Services that knows it all that would not do a thing to help me. He told me several times that (I was not his client. Pentair was his client. His only responsibility was what was within the four walls of the heater). How’s that for communicating and trying to help someone. I forgot to mention that this clown show had gone on for two months with the technician blaming everyone else.

We had the final culmination day finally. Fusion came out with a Pentair Representative; I had CPS here. Low and behold the gauge on the gas line that CPS installed held and Fusion’s gauge on the control box in the heater did not. Finally, proof that it was the control box that the technician refused to check for months! The look on this face was priceless when he realized that he had been wrong for two months. Not only did he realize it, but it was in front of everyone. At that point he realized that CPS, Pentair Representative, and me all knew that this whole two-month ordeal was his fault. The kicker, it was not even the control box. It was pipe dope from the fitting on the control box partially clogging the line. I was furious at this point knowing this could have been fixed months ago on the very first visit if the technician would have just done a little troubleshooting. Hell, all he had to do was unhook the control box and he would have seen it.

Here is the icing on the cake. Several times this technician took shots at the previous technician saying he misdiagnosed the previous problem. Well, Mr. Know it all himself misdiagnosed it for two months.

I will never use Fusion Pool Services. I even told the Pentair Representative that if I ever had another warranty issue that they would not be allowed on my property. He agreed to my request.
Finally, based on the other negative reviews, and how he responds, I will head him off at the pass. He is going to say that there was a gas supply problem and that was the reason for everything. Truth is, we will never know because he would never check the gas control box within the heater. Whether there was or wasn’t a gas problem the heater was never going to work because of the gas control box.

The guys at Fusion go above and beyond and ensure everything is running smoothly and my pool looks fantastic. Best ever!

We brought Fusion Pools out to provide an estimate for a service contract. While they were onsite, they shared their thoughts on what might be wrong with our pool. We then asked for a quote to fix the issue, but instead received a response stating they weren’t willing to sell us any equipment or work with us to resolve the problem.

Unfortunately, the interaction felt like a waste of time. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend them for future services. Bob, in particular, did not demonstrate strong communication or customer service skills.

This is absolutely the best pool service in town. I had another “chain” pool cleaning service and they weren’t doing a good job. I switched to Fusion Pool service and they are the best. They go above and beyond and send a full report with pictures and all the chemicals they added each week. It’s hands down the best. I highly recommend them to anyone in San Antonio with a pool.

Our HOA went through 3 high rated pool maintenance companies before finding Fusion. Fusion came came out to help us after the great P—LS-r (sarcasm intentional) wouldn’t deliver on their promise of a clean and sparkling pool. Within just a few short weeks our pool went from a green horrible looking pool to a beautiful and sparkling clean pool! Bob and Dave are the best!

Cassandra is super respectful and trustworthy! She does a great detailed job for both move out cleaning and regular cleaning.

Cassandra responded quickly to my inquiry and was available the next day. She is very thorough and detailed in her work. She listened and executed well what needed to be done.
She is very pleasant and professional.

Used Maid with Care for my move out clean of my apartment. I was amazed at how cleaned my apartment looked after the clean. It really looks better then when I moved in. Cassandra did a good job and I would definitely recommend.

I have used Maid with Care on a weekly basis for the last year. I have dogs and so my floors are a constant struggle. Cassandra does a great job and makes my home feel so fresh when I come in!

I use Maid With Care anytime I move. I HATE moving but Maid With Care makes at least part of the process much easier. The cleaning is immaculate and they go above and beyond to get it done right. You can tell they take pride in the work they do. Since using Maid With Care I have had $0 in cleaning charges from my complex!

I booked Cassandra for a regular cleaning which cost me $125 plus $75 for a carpet cleaning of two rooms…i have a 800 square feet apt and I’m not sure if this is reasonable or not. She was professional in her demeanor and was respectful of my home and very communicative. However, I can’t completely say the same for her work. The way she made made my bed was very disappointing. My apartment wasn’t really dirty i just wanted it spotless and i didn’t have time to clean myself this weekend. So since I’m paying $200 i would expect my bed to look like a professional cleaner made it…. Instead it looks like a child made it. I was so shocked that i didn’t bring it up to her, i just sucked it up and decided to remake it myself. However when i pointed a missed spot in the shower she went back in. She did the kitchen last so it didn’t dry until she left…which is when i now saw food crumbs still on the floor…but this is probably because she used my personal vacuum which is not the best….again this is just me being disappointed for paying for a professional cleaning but not actually getting quality cleaning. If you don’t pay attention to every detail like me this service might be for you, but if you are nit picky like myself…look elsewhere. I learned my lesson.

I've used Maid with Care for years now. Cass has always been respectful with of my things. So whether you live a party life and need careful upkeep or just an occasional tidy up. She makes sure you're satisfied with her cleaning services.

I have been a client of maid with care since I first moved to San Antonio in spring of 2020. In the mist of covid Cassandra found a way to service my home. During these times she always came with a mask and shoe covers. Since then I have gotten regular cleanings, deep cleanings and even a move out cleaning. Cassandra ALWAYS does an amazing job. And if perhaps something is not cleaned to your liking she has no problem coming back to correct it or offer a discount. She is simply a text away and is always quick to respond. Every time I have needed her she has showed up with no more than 2-3 days between appointment and request. Cleaning is done beyond my standards every time. Cassandra is also very well priced. She has worked with me time and time again on price and payment. I truly recommend maid with care for all your cleaning needs. You will be handled with professionalism and care. Cassandra is amazing to work with! 10/10 highly recommend ☺️
