Doing business with South Texas Pool Tile Cleaning was a very pleasant experience. Bryson (super nice guy!) came out and cleaned 8 years of build up from the tiles and water feature of our pool. We are very pleased with the results!

They did a really good job cleaning the calcium deposits on my pool tile and fountain. I had tried in the past with LCR and muriatic acid to no avail. But they got it done. Looks great! They were also easy to work with and had good customer service. I highly recommend them.

Bryson from South Texas Pool Tile Cleaning did an amazing job removing the white build up from my tile and from the stone surrounding the pool. The company provided an estimate from photos that I supplied and the job was scheduled very quickly. We will continue using this great company in the future!!!

After shopping around for a new pool tile cleaning service, I decided to try South Texas Pool Tile Cleaning. Starting from my first interaction with Sara...the team was extremely responsive to my questions and concerns. They provided quick answers, followed up, and put me at ease with the details provided. Bryson was our on-site tech and he was amazing!! He provided contact up front letting us know when he'd arrive and throughout the process and upon completion. He arrived ahead of schedule and finished quickly. Time will tell how this holds up to the Texas elements and water/pool chemicals, but for now, the tiles and stone look great!

WOW—just… wow. A company that actually does what they say they’ll do? Color me shocked. The technician showed up on time (I even double-checked my watch), finished the entire job in just three hours, and—get this—actually cleaned up after himself. Like, really cleaned. No mystery puddles, no rogue tile shards, no trace they were ever there except for the sparkling results.

And the kicker? He repaired a few loose tiles and re-grouted them—for free. No upsell. No “we’ll have to come back next week.” Just done.

Highly recommend. This is what service used to be like—professional, efficient, and a genuine pleasure to work with.

Only downside? He had to drop the water level about 12” so the tile sealant could cure… which means SAWS will be getting even more of my money this month. I’m fully expecting to be flagged by the “water police” for excessive consumption of San Antonio’s finest liquid gold. Worth it.

Our pool is only 4 years old, but the hard Texas water made quite an impact with calcium build-up at the waterline and spa spillover. I found South Texas Pools, and was immediately impressed with how they handled business. From the online, telephone, and in-person communications, to how they were prompt and did all as promised to remove the calcium and seal the tile, clean-up, etc., what a fantastic company!!! I cannot say enough about their services and professionalism. Bryson took care of us! Highly recommend South Texas Pools without any reservation!!!

I cannot say enough great things about this company!! From the moment we met Sonny, we knew we were in good hands with an extensive renovation. The foreman, Jonathon and their crew were all amazing and had great attention to detail in every aspect of the renovation. At one point Jonathon noticed that some of the travertine was not lined up properly and had the guys pull everything up and redo it. The guys work extremely hard and produce an amazing finished product!! I cannot emphasize enough how phenomenal this company is and true professionals that listen to the customer, make suggestions, and really take pride in their work!! You will NOT be disappointed!!

We had some tool tile repaired. Joaquin was very conscientious and meticulous about the work. They cleaned up the pool afterwards and it looks great. We would definitely use them again.

South Texas Pool did a fantastic job on cleaning my pool tiles and rock from the calcium build up. Bryson was very professional and did a great job of communicating with me throughout the process. I highly recommend them!

We were very pleased with the entire pool resurface process. Eric answered all our questions in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. The resurface team worked hard at their craft and were on schedule. I appreciated the reassurance of being A+ rated by the Better Business Bureau and not having any open nor closed complaints. We were not disappointed! I do wish there were guidelines for the first 7 then 28 days of startup, but being on several pool forums, I followed the 2-page NPC plaster guideline coupled with the chemical addition amounts from a local pool water testing company. Without these resources, start up would have been vague and more stressful. Thanks South Texas Custom Pool Company! I would recommend the company and Eric as a project manager to others!

Sonny was honest, kind, professional, and kept us up to date on the repairs and best options to help us get our spa back in working condition. We had a horrible experience with the initial installation process and only a month after install the spa cracked and leaked all the water out. Sonny provided us with empathy from our past experience and did what he could to turn a horrible situation into something beautiful. The spa looks better than brand new! I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you!

The technician that visited our home could t have been more professional or helpful to us. Our pool looks brand new after they blasted all the calcium buildup off of our tiles and waterfall. We are very happy with the service and look forward to working with them again!
