The staff at Fiesta Pools has been very patient and flexible with me while trying to coordinate for the hot tub at my occupied rental property to get serviced (drained/cleaned/refilled and chemically balanced). The tech did a great job; he was very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable.

This company is top notch! Their work is impeccable and Vernon, who serviced my pool last, did an amazing job. I don’t have to worry about the pool at all, they take care of everything.

Poolie has been fantastic to work with so far. Everyone I’ve interacted with, including Tom, Aaron, and Vernon (I apologize if I’m forgetting anyone’s name), has been incredibly professional, kind, courteous, and punctual. Plus, my pool looks amazing!!

I saw the 5 star rating and thought “why not give them a try.” Yeesh! Not sure if they hired a different crew, but the crew seemed like they were not into their job that day. Lazy excuses and lack of thoroughness. The third picture shows the part before it was replaced, highlighting where it was leaking between the parts they replaced. They cleaned my pool three times after this, so they were aware that they hadn’t fixed the issue. The problem is that when I vacuum the pool, the dirt returns to the pool through the jets, and it still does that. They knew this because they cleaned the pool three times after they supposedly 'fixed' the issue. Instead of addressing the problem, they kept adding 8 lbs of shock, even though my pool only needs 2 lbs. I spoke with Chris, who said there’s a gasket that needs to be replaced and that he would give me another estimate to come out and replace it. He mentioned that the gasket is a completely different part, but he never recommended replacing it initially. Why would they replace the parts above and below it without suggesting that the gasket be replaced as well? Own to your mistakes and if you don’t have an answer ask someone on the team. Lack of transparency and honesty. Shame.

Johnathan did an excellent job. He professionally provides data that helps me make decisions. He does an excellent job of ensuring the chemical balance of the pool is correct. Thank you!

I would like to give a shout out to Poolie and especially Ray, the Technician that services our pool. This time a year creates a real mess for us. Our pool is under several Live Oak trees. In the summer its great because it keeps our pool very cool and comfortable. Now we deal with falling leaves, rain, and new sprouts. Ray does a GREAT job staying on top of this. He is very knowledgeable and keeps us informed. I would highly recommend Ray and his team for any pool needs you might have.

Poolie has been fantastic to work with so far with our renovation. Everyone I’ve interacted with, Trevor, Matt and all the service technicians Aaron, have been incredibly professional, kind, and courteous.

Detailed before and after photos of pool as well as pool equipment gauges, etc. are very much appreciated. Specific chemicals and amounts are notated. 🙂

Our pool was looking like a swamp, usual pool guy (weekly service) had countless excuses as to why the pool was cloudy and green. Yesterday Scott with Poolie came out spent an hour assessing the issues and within 2 hours our pool looked AMAZING!!!! Crystal Clear! AND they scheduled a follow up visit for today to make certain all fixed. Thank you Scott and Poolie

Over the years, Poolie (formerly Fiesta) has been the only company of choice for all our pool related repairs & fixes. By far the best pool service provider in San Antonio and to our family. We say that because over the years and after tying other pool service companies, we quickly found out that Poolie is the one choice that never fails. They are on-time, expert, courtiers, and charge at a very fair price. Recently, “Jimmy” the technician came over to repair our UV Sanitizer’s issue and did outdiongly as always. Jimmy was on-time, knowledgeable and efficient in fixing issues with our pool. His work was guaranteed without any future issue(s). We are were very satisfied and happy with this pool service company and sure that you will be too. They are second to none and highly recommended. Thanks to Poolie & Jimmy.

Kyle was awesome he went above and beyond to insure that he could do a thorough job. Love the energy and humor. Great customer service beyond words, even made my kids laugh. Highly recommended!!!

Dante was able to come earlier than expected which was good. He did a very thorough job cleaning our loveseat and hallway carpet. I only chose to do the hallway to see the quality of service and I am definitely pleased. I am now booking them for our move out carpet cleaning next month. He was here less than 1 hour. Dante was super friendly and helpful in answering my questions. I am pleased with the quality of work.

What a great job they did cleaning my carpet!! The technicians were very professional, did an amazing job and took time to explain their cleaning process!! They were very nice, finished in the time they said they would....and my carpets look great! Definitely use them again. Great price, great quality and friendly customer service!

Kyle was very respectful of our home and communicated clearly what their cleaning process entailed. Looking forward to seeing what it is like after it dries completely. Pluses included they bring their own water that they explained was treated (hard water in Bexar county so the water is softened) and use bumpers on the corners so the equipment does no scratching. This is the third time we have used them. Fantastic job!

The guy who cleaned my carpet is really good & friendly but it’s not really what i expected how my carpet will look after hiring professional cleaner. There are very obvious shadings or darker part on the carpet that indicates foot traffic on the area but what im expecting is at least to show some difference after cleaning it. I can just rent soap & vacuum machine and did it myself. $164+ is a lot of money for a job that i can do better myself.

The guys that cleaned my large, white couch were great! I love how they put protectors around the wall corners so the vacuum tubing did not scratch any surface. They spent a solid hour on my furniture ( which looked pretty good to begin with), and got out all stains and smells. They were professional, on time, and worked very diligently. I will use them again.
