Thank you to Martin Chavez and his team of Rodney and one other gentleman on the install. They were respectful, communicative, thorough, and quick on the install.

There were a couple of minor things on install I wanted adjusted that I pointed out, and they did it right away.

If I could make a recommendation that would elevate the system and experience further for me personally, it would be to provide custom colors for PVC condensate drains. The condensate setup I Champion installed is miles ahead of my old soft hose setup before. But not having to paint it to match my house would be a nice option. Especially since the way my house layout and grade is, the condensate runs across the front of the house, partially. I realize this is not the case for most homes and is purely for aesthetic in my case.

The guy who came Craig was really nice did a fantastic job. He explained why the unit we got from them has yet to make it through. Summer or winter without breaking down. He did a great job let’s pray our unit don’t break down again because it has every single year since we got it from them we have yet to enjoy a full year without having to call them.

I have been very happy with the work done by Champion AC. They were the ones that installed the unit originally and they are the ones that have maintained it.
The technician for the maintenance portion that was performed yesterday was done by Jose Chavarria.
I am familiar with him. This was the second time he had been to our house to do the maintenance. He is always very polite when we talk and he is on time. He does a great job checking out everything that needs to be looked at and is very good at the notes he takes and the pictures as well.
Just as I noted at the beginning, I am very happy with the company and the work has been impeccable. Very happy very pleased. They will be the only people that work on my AC equipment. Of course, I can’t be the price. It is free because of our maintenance contract.Thank you so much for the way that you treat your workers that means a lot. I have been in the electrical trade for 41 years. I know what it’s like to have good people working with you.

Be skeptical of the ones who beg for a review before the problems arise. These guys wanted a review, here you go…. They do not stand behind their contract.

I paid 21k for a new Trane on a 1600sq ft house. Love the Trane, hate that I got ripped off.

Trane stopped working 6mo after install. This team came out, couldn’t figure out the problem but broke my electrical panel in the process. Second team came out and said it’s not my AC, it’s the electrical panel, needs to be replaced, $8k. I said no, they charged me $480 to fix anyway.

I bought the 21k hassle free package, what happened? Dude said this isn’t an AC issue. He’s right, to me it’s a Champion issue, no integrity. Now I’m stuck with second rate service at a premium rip off price.

Instead of getting my AC working, these guys worried about add on costs I do not need or did not cause. They should have just fixed it, not blame an electrical panel that his people hammered the crap out of the day before. Seriously, I had to ask what’s going on with all the hammering?!? Damn near the whole house was shaking!! Clearly the first tech had no clue what he was doing.

So much for hassle free, but at least it’s interest free. Oh wait, the 0% interest is baked into the price, duh…

Shop around, your wallet will thank you.

Very respectful of our home and concerns, but most of all Raymond is a highly qualified and professional man. We always receive quality care of our HVAC unit and feel we are in good hands with him. It is very hard to find that type of person now a days, so we are very blessed to have him take care of us! Great job and continue to care and do the best you can do for others!

I called Champion Home Services to get an appointment to have the heating system maintenance.
Mario came the following day and found serious issues with the system. He explain that if I agreed he would call the office and get someone to show us us options to consider.
Mr Roy Adame was very knowledgeable, polite and respectful.
Showed us why the system was in such bad shape. He explain each step and asked if we had any questions.
He showed us the options available to us in detail. Helped us through the steps to take and made it just such an
easy process.
I would recommend Champion Home Services for home repairs.

The entire team at Champion was great. Mario was exceptional. His expert analysis and diagnosis of our AC system was spot on. His communication skills easily translated the technical issues he found into easy to understand language free of technical jargon. We felt comfortable asking questions and his answers were comprehensive and easy to understand. We signed up to Champion's annual comprehensive maintenance program @ $288/year and hope Mario is available to return every fall and spring start up visits.

Champion Home Services knocked it out of the park today, and Jose deserves special recognition. He came out to repair a leak in our sewer vent line in the attic and was exceptional from start to finish.

Jose was extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain what was going on and how he was fixing it. The work itself was top-notch — clean, efficient, and done right the first time. He treated our home with care and left everything better than he found it.

If Champion is looking for employees who truly represent the company at the highest level, Jose is that person. He’s the kind of technician who builds trust with customers and earns repeat business. Give this man a raise and a promotion — he’s earned it.

For the past few years, I've used this business in San Antonio for my chimney inspection needs. They've always been responsive, professional, and thorough. I would certainly endorse their services.

Outstanding assistance all the way through the chimney sweeping process and beyond. Friendly and approachable professionals work here. Then they gave us training on how to use our wood stove properly.

The shower is beautiful the installer did an amazing job. Great experience with 1Choice Home Improvement San Antonio company . They did everything to make me happy. Worked with my schedule. Responded quickly to my texts and messages.

The company quoted one price for a repair. Now, being the customer and having to trust what the person said, I believed that my chimney crown was going to be repaired. This was even stayed on the invoice, "crown repair". Simple enough right? Crown repair. I looked up what a crown repair looks like online and every video I saw the crown material is removed. So when this team of 3 was done in a couple of hrs, I was very impressed and concerned. I didn't hear any banging or scraping of material being removed, nor did I see any signs of new material being g put on to affect the "repair" the company stated it would do.

When I asked about the previously mentioned material being removed, disposed of and the like, I was given an explanation that the "repair", was a patch job! No material was removed, the crown material, which was crumbling and was easily removed by hand and had rust that was visible was just pasted over with "a special high temp material" they put on. So I asked if this was a repair or a patch job. Ruben, the technician stated that "not a lot of material needed to be removed and that the "special high temp material" was enough to be "a repair".

I stated that spreading new material on top of the old material -which was never removed or replaced- was a patch job and not a repair. And clearly the form I signed stated "crown repair"

I contacted the company and they stated that they didn't have me in the system, I stated that I needed to speak with whomever is in charge of quality control or who has the final say I. What a "repair" is and I was told that I would be contacted later that day, I wasn't though. In fact I contacted them again, and they still don't have me in the system, but they sure did take my money. I disputed the charge with my bank.

Never use this company. They don't call back, nor do they do business in good faith.

They came early, were thorough and explained possible issues w/ my chimney. Sent me pictures that they took from above the chimney. Worked quickly. They were professional and friendly. Very glad I chose them. Definitely recommend them!

Jack was a great person to deal with. His initial consultation was very thorough and complete to detail . Within a few days he had a proposal ready detailing what was needed to be done in my home (complete gut renovation). The quote was reasonable. After digging around, I ended up hiring Jack for the job. He stuck to his word, everything was completed in a timely fashion. His workers respected my home and were always on time, working Monday to Friday. When the job was done, Jack returned on two separate occasions to fix/adjust certain things to ensure that everything meet my expectations. Will hire him again for future jobs.
