My compressor went out and John was able to replace it and find out my equipment was actually under warranty, so it was much cheaper than expected. Great service.

I called because my ac hasnt been working since Nov. Called lots of other companies and they just wanted to replace my unit. Amigos came out checked it and replaces a transformer inside and it started right up. Very good pricing, very friendly. And fixed my ac didnt try to sell me another one.

Called set an appointment. Then they told me it was outside their service area in Fairoaks ranch? On Google they have this territory located in their service area. They agreed to come and gave me a time so I stayed home all day waiting in the heat for them. It’s 3pm and they told me he was too busy to come out today and that he was sorry “it’s outside my service area.”

Wishy washy business isn’t good business. I come from a place where if you say you are going to do
Something you do it no matter what. You gave ZERO regard for me staying home
Waiting in the heat, taking off work, now having to wait more days because I didn’t call anyone else to help because you said “I’ll be there”

Kind isn’t saying sorry, kind is showing up and doing what you say you are going to do.

If you want excuses and false promises call these guys.

Our ac motor was not working , I called at least 3 ac companies and Amigos was the only company ready to take on the job. John Sr. arrived at the set time, fixed the motor and also replaced the electrical contacts (which he showed me they were about to go out). John took his time to explain the process and shared with me his career stories ( I like to learn others career paths). I also asked John for a quote to replace system and duct work and I received that information one day later . I have already shared with friends and family about this service that my mother in law already used Amigos ( John Jr.) . I plan to do business with Amigos in the future, thanks John Sr. and the Amigos company for taking care of our cooling system.

John has serviced our ac unit twice. The first time was after another company came out. Those folks pumped coolant into the unit and left. A week later, it was running hot again. This time, I called John. He came out and quickly found the leak the first crew should have found. John repaired it and it worked great since. Now, John came out and found a more serious problem leak. Amigos (John) will be the only one I call to fix this problem this week. He's honest, congenial and gets the job done. No need to risk using someone else.

John was the most professorial ac man i ever hired fixed it quick and under all the estimates i had. Saved 500 dollars. Highly recommend this company clean good job! Ty Amigos! I wont be calling the overpriced cowboy themed guys who poked my eyes out again!

We called another company first. They spent 3 hours here and decided we needed a new outside condenser unit.
