Again Amigos came through....Sunday AC goes out, we had to call another company they came out and after 15 min., we were told we needed to clean the unit and the cost $1500, after a sales pitch about joining their program for $500z.

We waited for Amigos to open on Monday, not only was the other companies diagnoses way off the cost was nowhere near the other companies quote and no sales pitch. Amigos is the place for AC service! Honest, trustworthy and fair.

I've gone with John with Amigos Air Conditioning and Heating for a few of my renovations. John is honest and prompt to get the job done. The work has been great quality. I will always give John a call when I have HVAC needs.

Thank you..I called because my Thermostat was stuck at 79 when the setting was at 75.. It had been off and on for a year. Actually..this is the 3rd time , previously, I called other AC companies. But this Time
I called Amigos, John's son checked inside and outside . At first seemed liked everything was fine. but as he was cleaning outside unit he saw one of the wires was not making contact ..it was not obvious..but he discovered it. Wow !!! I was happy..someone finally found the problem! My AC after 1 year.two summers is finally working as it should.!! They are the best! And he was very detailed when explaining. I wake up this morning . feels as it should cold... Thank you Amigos!!! ..honest and knowledgeable!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received when my AC went out. I always worry about emergency services, but even on a wknd outside of normal business hours, they were prompt and efficient, had the parts needed and were able to get my ac up and running and at a fair and reasonable cost. I will definitely be recommending Amigos and continuing to use their services!

I highly recommend this company. Our ac stopped working, and we were able to get assistance quickly and effectively (which is needed in the Texas summer). JJ was friendly and very knowledgeable, he explained the issue to me clearly, and didn't try to make up anything to overcharge me like other companies would. Amigos gave me the impression that the customer comes first, a trait many other companies have lost. I will definitely be using them the next time I need any ac work!

John was awesome! He was very thorough in explaining what was going on with our unit. He came same day, late in the evening and was very professional and genuine. Same day service on a A/C unit that was not blowing hot air. So friendly. Went the extra mile to explain what was wrong with it. Answer a couple of my question about how AC works. Just the right amount of professionalism and friendliness you expect from a repair man. I’m only calling amigos AC for all my repair needs. Excellent service from the moment I called to set up the appointment to the time we paid and John left. I called them at the last minute because another company that told me they would be here in 4 hour window never showed up. The lady who answered the phone was already giving me tips as I explained the air was not blowing cold. Within about 35 mins John came to the rescue. In just under an hour he got our AC working. He was quick, friendly, professional, and super informative. He gave my husband lots of good tips and educated us as well as fixed it. What a great experience! Oh, and not to mention the price was very fair and cheap. I thought we were going to pay hundreds of dollars but thankfully we did not. Thank you very much. I would Highly recommend this company. John and his crew replaced the HVAC in our primary home in October 2021 and I was impressed with the quality and service. Since I was very happy with his service, we used John to install a new HVAC system, including duct work in a rental property on 12/21/22 and my spouse and I were again very pleased. John's prices are very competitive. The best thing about John is he honest, dependable and you can always count on his company to deliver top notch service!

I had John come out and service my A/C when it was not taking out the heat from my home. Very professional, very good person, and he definitely tells you exactly what is going on with your system. I will always recommend to anyone that is having issues with their A/C and the price for his service is very reasonable.

John was great. We called him after having one of the big companies out who quoted us an insane price to replace the lines and recharge my system after we put a nail through them doing the siding.

We called and he was over within a couple of minutes and confirmed that the lines could be repaired and did not in fact have to be replaced.

We got the area clear and he knocked out the work for a reasonable price and went above and beyond to make sure my system was working properly.

I can’t say enough positives about my experience with Amigos. I would enthusiastically recommend them to friends and family.

Amigos Air Conditioning and Heating for the WIN again! Our furnace was on the fritz and they graciously came out to look at it and change out a bag cord. Top notch company and highly recommend them.

I was selling my house and needed some quick duct repair work done in order to meet my obligations to the buyer. John was a delight to work with, and was even able to give me an estimate remotely based on pictures from the inspector. John came out the same week I scheduled it and had the repairs done quickly. He even took photos of the repair job so that I didn't have to get up into my attic to take them for the buyer! It was a wonderful experience working with Amigos.

2. This is a second review: my downstairs' a/c stopped pumping cold air. I called John because of the great experience I had before- see below. He squeezed me in the next day and fixed it in less than an hour. He explained what part needed to be replaced . His honesty and fair pricing wonderful.

These guys are great! They came at such short notice before a big freeze and fixed our furnace in half the time that we thought they would, price was reasonable and they were super personable and had fantastic customer service! I went with Amigos because of the great reviews and I'm so happy I did! Very friendly and professional. Explained things to me so I could understand. I believe my technicians name was John. It has been a month or so since they helped me out when my air-conditioning stopped working. It has been on my mind that I needed to leave a review that's how much I appreciated their service! John and his team were excellent! They called me back right away, we discussed the current issues and differential diagnosis for the problems. They were out the next day and got things up and running very quickly. Very professional and great service. Amigo’s will be our AC company going forward!
