Affordable Air Services, Seth and his team were extremely professional, explaining each step they were performing and why that step was needed. Very transparent and informative. I highly suggest having them be your A/C folks, I know for myself and family that AAS will be our people for all A/C needs and annual servicing. Whenever I need AC work done at my businesses or home I only call affordable air. They not only get the job done in a timely manner but have the most reasonable price in town.

I was in need of an annual maintenance. I didn't want to call a large company as I am a small business owner and know that quality of care tends to extend far from small business owners. I had sensed that Affordable Air was exactly the type of business I wished to hire. I am one who personally maintains my HVAC and tries to keep it optimum without the call for help, but the annual check up was needed by a professional. He came out, combed through the system while openly sharing facts about what does what, what tends to go bad and what I can perform myself while also providing a very competitive price to perform the work if choosing (such as cleaning the coils, cleaning the drainage system, unit, etc...). Then combed the outside unit while carefully testing the capacitor, contactor, system pressure and temps. Extremely thorough and clearly strives for perfection! So great, that I asked for a stack of business cards to share as the days move forward. Look no further!

Listen, I cannot rave enough about the service and value these guys provide. Truly affordable ($1100 price difference for same service in addition to diagnostic) their evaluation wasn't rushed, they took their time, researched things, then came back to me with recommendations. No pressure, great information and pictures, clear explanations. These guys aren't salesmen, they are craftsmen and experts and I appreciate the work they do. UPDATE: Affordable Air to the rescue again! I had a water stain on my ceiling that I mistakenly assumed was from rain/leaky roof. A dishonest (or incompetent) contractor charged me an arm and a leg to “fix” the roof only for it to continue to leak even worse a few days later! This pointed to an issue with my AC in the attic instead. Seth and Eduardo again came out the same day, pinpointed the issue, showed me pictures and walked me through everything they were doing while they got to work fixing it immediately. They were also very kind knowing I had a rough time with the previous “repair” work. I only wish I would have thought to call them first!

Original Review: I had a great experience with Affordable Air. My AC went out in 90 degree heat and they were very quick to respond when I reached out via text. They came out the same day and within an hour they identified and tested issues with the fan motor and had it replaced. Their service was friendly the pricing was fair. I hope I don’t have any other AC issues but if I do I would reach out to them again.

Affordable Air came out and serviced our air condition unit. Seth was very informative on everything that they were going to service and also gave tips on how to keep the drain from backing up. They were fast. I will definitely recommend Affordable Air to my neighbors.

Seth has been taking care of my AC system for the last few years. He started with adding a radiant barrier to our attic which reduced the work load of my over 20 year old Trane AC system. After 25 years the Trane was on its last legs after giving such good service, Seth came out and we discussed the best way to move forward. I choose to replace the old unit with a new two stage 17 seer 5 Ton unit. Seth and his partner had the new system installed in one day. It is so much quieter and energy efficient. We are very happy with their service and highly recommend them
