Very honest, explains everything and knowledgeable. Used the warranty on my AC and saved me money. Called a company before them that told me my AC needed a repair that would cost almost 1700 dollars. They never mentioned my warranty. Seth then came out, and the repairs weren't even half of that. We need more people with integrity. Great service.

I highly recommend hiring Mr. Martinez. He installed our Mini Split in our home. No more window units for us! He explained what options we had, what would work best for our house. He came in and did the worked. We are very PLEASED with the outcome. Cold air for hot summer weather and heat for the winter!

I highly recommend Felix Air Services for anyone who needs a new AC or AC maintenance. Felix Air is everything you will want in an AC company. A good Owner with really good employees. My AC went out on Saturday 9-02-23 right before Labor Day on Monday. Which meant no AC parts or work would be available until Tuesday. I called Felix Air and the Owner immediately responded with a Saturday visit and diagnosis. The problem was a bad heat pump motor, but since my unit was over 20 years old, I elected to get a new system. I had cool air by the end of the day Tuesday. I feel very fortunate to have used Felix Air Services. I received great service at a reasonable and fair price.

Of course our AC would go out right as we bring the new baby home! Thankfully Felix air was able to come out and repair it very quickly and professionally. They truly deserve a 5 star rating.

Felix Air Services consistently does an excellent professional job ! They helped me last year for my first time w/them, and I was in a real jam ,and they arrive on schedule and were very knowledgeable!! I recently used them again w/another success ! Can't say enough good things about Felix Air Conditioning. Their response time is impressive - either immediate or very fast call back. Consistently reliable when things go pear shaped. They don't just set you up with new AC, they genuinely look out for you. Highly recommended!

My A/C broke in the evening. Felix Air service came out the next day early. It took the Tec about 30 minutes to diagnose and fix my unit. Starter switch on out side unit was broken. I'm very pleased with the professionalism and service they provided.

Hip,hip, hooray for the little guy!!! Not only did they come in way under the big guys they're response was awesome. Called on Friday morning and by Saturday mid afternoon had cold air which required replacement of complete system. Many cudos to Tony and his crew for their effort and professionalism. Wil definitely be my goto a/c company for any future needs and will be spreading te word.

Wanted a basic inspection on my heating system. Tony was very nice and very professional. They did have to do more than I had originally thought on my system, but they offered me a great coupon and discount for the holiday. I am now feeling at peace that I got the things fixed that were needed.

I've never actually met the owner of the company so I can't speak to that, but the AC Tech, Tony, is personable, honest, gets it done and done right! (Just a side note: At our other house in Converse (now sold; March 2025), we had inherited a Jon Wayne service agreement when we bought the house in 2015 ... and THAT WAS understated: HIGHWAY (and alleyway) ROBBERY! *just saying)

Tony did amazing work! Very knowledgeable and ensured I understood what was going on with my A/C. Very appreciative of his hard work and dedication to seeing the job through! After about two weeks of no A/C, we finally have a breath of fresh air! Thank you, Tony!!
