My condominium needed a new a/c unit for our community building, and we got bids from several companies. The quote from Felix Air was by far the best. Because the work was done in such a timely and professional way, I scheduled a system check-up for my home. The tech, Tony, was great: he nailed his eta, explained what he considered were potential problems, and was right upfront about the costs. Very satisfied customer here.

They did great we had an emergency on Sunday, and most companies say on their website they provide emergency services but then they tell you they can’t come until Tuesday. This company called back and said they can come within the hour and he fixed everything. Thank you!

Felix Air Services has come to our rescue a few times. They, especially Tony, showed up quickly and went above and beyond to help us and took their time working to make sure they fixed the issue. Tony followed up afterwards with multiple texts to make sure we were doing well. We called them once on a Saturday morning and they showed up within 2 hours and saved the day during the summer. They are professional, courteous and affordable.

I am one who researches companies I do business with and Felix has many great reviews, so I contacted them. From the moment I spoke with the initial contact, I felt welcomed with a very friendly and enthusiastic voice. Within a matter of a few days, Tony was standing at our door and gave me a very reasonable estimate for replacement of our attic air handler. He explained in detail every step that the job entailed. The work was completed within 2 days, corrected some things that hadn't been done by the original company that did the installation, and left all areas totally cleaned up. Trust me, you won't go wrong with this team!

We are so grateful we used this company to replace our 23 year old Central A/C and Air Handler.
After our 3 year old "certified refurbished" compressor stopped working last Thursday night, we found Felix Air Services on Google on Saturday (after waiting ALL day on Friday for Will Fix It to show up- who never did) and called to see about Felix's pricing for diagnostics.
Thankfully I got to speak with Tony, who came out right away to look at the unit.
Literally, he got to us WITHIN that hour AND he brought us a portable A/C unit to keep us cool. THAT IS FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Tony talked us through our repair or replacement options and lots of pricing options to fit our budget. He didn't pressure us and wasn't pushy, which we really appreciated!
Ultimately for us it made the most sense to bite the bullet and replace/upgrade our entire system (inside + outside), considering it's age and other factors regarding the new refrigerant laws.
I really want to point out that Felix Air Services puts a high emphasis on being friendly, incredibly educational, and truly doing the most to earn your business.
No one wants to be bent over or swindled, and we are glad to report that Felix Air Services is a fair-priced and reasonable company, and the work was done well.

They immediately laid down a tarp the moment they showed up this morning to protect all of my floors.
It started raining later on during the install and the team made a point not to track in mud. Also, they cleaned up everything inside and outside of my home and we're all super polite and friendly.
Before leaving, Tony made sure our new equipment was running perfectly, registered to us for it's warranties, and helped us apply for CPS rebates we are eligible for.

Tony did a fantastic job in finding the short in our home AC/heating after it went out. He came the same day I called and tirelessly worked for hours to find the root of the problem.

Very impressed. I received a ridiculous quote from a different vendor and Felix provided a much more reasonable quote for replacing my AC unit, furnace, and duct work. Tony stayed in communication with me and the team arrived when they said they would and completed the install in the committed timeline. The Felix Air representative showed up on time, explained what he would be doing, put on shoe covers when in the house and gave me feedback following our appointment. In addition he answered my many questions and gave me some pointers for keeping my drains clean. Very friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely use again!

Sigma Air installed a mini split in my wife’s backyard office. They were fast, efficient, and very friendly. We contacted them through Thumbtack and they were very responsive. We knew what was going to happen every step of the way. The unit is so quiet and blows super cold. Great job!
