Ok. I’m crap with names but I think Dave and Ronny sound right. These young gentlemen came out and solved a problem I knew I had but didn’t know how to fix it AND did that free CPS cleaning. They were respectful and informative, polite, and really tried to keep it all clean. They represented the company well enough for me to get a card. I got a new AC company. And listen, it’s hot out there, give them some water!

David came promptly and was extremely conscientious, even reading the instructions on my new unit. He was done in no time and it was a perfect set up.

The young technicians were very polite and knowledgeable during my A/C tuneup. They gave me some pointers on maintaining my unit to extend its life. When finished they informed me that my coil was clean and did not need further service at this time.

They confirmed a one-hour arrival window early that morning and even gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes before showing up.

We had David come by and do some maintenance on our AC unit he unplugged the drain and reattached some of the seal on the unit in the attic. He was very proffessional, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable with his work during his maintenance and repair time with us. We highly recommend him and Sigma for any work on our AC unit.

Ronnie provided excellent customer service!!! I am usually a skeptic so if a company offers a free service- the first thing I think is either they will come and find many things they “need” to fix and then charge an arm and leg or they do something that will make the device break within 30 days. Then they will expect me to call back for paid services! I still went through with the CPS recommended cleaning and eval. This is day 1- I’ll be back if something surprising happens in the next 30 days ! Lol Anyways, Ronnie was awesome at this visit!!
