Called K-air have this muggy heat wave did a number on my AC. I guess. Actually my AC is over 8 years old. The air wasn't cold as it was the day before. The technician came out and fixed a Freon leak and it is working again. I would have never thought I would see actual ice all over the pipe from the AC. I guess when they ask is it frozen up. They literally mean it.

Our Apartment A/C has not worked since Friday 8/17/15 Apartment Maintenance came out said they could not fix right then, Fast forward to Monday. K-Air comes and saves the day. THEY Spend HOURS and HOURS working to get out A/C fixed. They went above and beyond what they needed to even stayed until 8:30 PM to get the AC up and running. They found problems that had been like that since we moved in 3yrs earlier, and fixed it. IF ANYONE needs an AC company to come to the rescue these guys are the ones to call. Kman and Zack were beyond professional.

Great service. Fast, effective and great with the dogs. Kman came in, immediately identified the problem, located the necessary part(s), picked them up himself, and was done within an hour or two. Really friendly guy and explained and reviewed all the repairs that were done. Would recommend to family and friends.

When I stepped into my garage into a puddle coming from the baseboard under my AC unit I was immediately sad. As a single female finding contractors that are fair is a battle. I found K-Air on a yahoo search and the reviews were old but one person said she felt like they were fair and didn't oversell. So I called them.

They were there the same day, found a drain clog told me the price and stuck to it. He mentioned something else they could do that was preventative and how much that would cost. I declined and that was it. No hard push to sell me and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. Both guys were great. I will use them for as long as I live in SA.

I was very happy going with K-AIR. Read a couple of reviews so I figured I would try them out. My AC was only blowing luke warm air, I did try calling another company first and had an appt scheduled. They no showed. I tried K-AIR. They came out within 2 hours of calling just like they said. Fixed a leak or something and now it is working again.

I was mainly happy with the fast turn around time. I will use again

K-AIR is a definite recommended company. Staff provide a friendly and positive experience. They are knowledgeable in the field and respond in reasonable time. They have been able to diagnose and fix the issue I've had with my a.c. I've also recommended them to one of my friends and were able to respond at the last minute and fix their issue. Without a doubt, I will be calling and recommending K-AIR to any of my friends and families.

Needed a fan and blower motor replaced. I called K-Air last night and had a tech at the house an hour and a half later. Problem was diagnosed, and the tech was here this morning. Fast turnaround and great service. If you need speedy, quality work done on your AC, call these guys!

We needed a new company to maintain and service our Coleman system. My husband went to the Coleman site and gave me 15 names to check out. After calls were made and few questions asked K Air was #1. We had the initial service done and then had a minor issue with the evaporation coil. It was replaced and how did the company score? The technicians were professional, skilled, patient with us and called with their arrival times. The office called me back when they said they would, followed through with the paperwork and definitely not slackers. We look forward to a long future of knowing that our system is in good hands. Darrin with Pepcal performed my Fall AC & heater maintenance and I was very pleased with his service. He was courteous and very professional. I appreciate it.

Jose is an absolute professional! We purchased an HVAC system from his company last year, a week before the long stretch of 100-degree temps hit. He went through all the options and helped us choose one that best fit our home. It works beautifully. Love Pepcal been using the company for years now and very satisfied with their work. Jose and his team are very knowledgeable and do a great job all the time whether it’s maintenance or repairs.

Darin exemplified excellent customer service from the moment I opened my door to him. He introduced himself and informed me what he was here for, and explained everything he was going to do. He asked if i had any questions or concerns I wanted addressed before he began his inspection.
After completing the job he showed me pictures of everything he had checked and let me know how everything was working as a result of his inspection. He offered me a couple of maintenance plans to help me save money in the future. He answered all my questions to help me choose the right plan. He is very knowledgeable in his work. He is an excellent technician.

I highly recommend this company. The owner Jose, Is very professional. This is a trustworthy business. I bought AC unit from them a couple of years ago and it is working very well. They also call to service your AC unit. If you've ever been without a/c in San Antonio. Then you would know you would want to keep your AC unit serviced. My technician Darrin was prompt in on time.
