A new American Standard AC unit was installed next day. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and worked diligently to get it done correctly. Had an excellent experience with Felix Air Services. Felix explained in detail the work, and material that would be installing. Took pictures the before/after and explain in detail the warranty for parts and labor. The whole team were very professional. I would recommend Felix Air Service to everyone. We had an issue with our heat pump right before Christmas and we called Felix Air Services, as they were one of the highest rated companies we could find. We weren't disappointed. One of their teams was able to expertly install a new system within days, giving us peace of mind during the holiday season. We ran into some minor difficulties when applying for the CPS rebate for new systems, and our questions and concerns were answered over the weekend, with the final disposition on Monday. If we can continue to expect that kind of service after the sale over the next several years, we'll know we've made right decision.

I got a response within about 15 minutes, and an appointment in the same day. Tony was early, and quickly repaired my outdoor unit. My go-to for A/C repair every time.

I was having an issue with my HVAC unit not cooling. The unit was supposed to be repaired by a warranty company that was giving me the run around. Got a text Tony was on his way. He arrived and Corey immediately worked at the outside unit. He saw that capacitor was bad. checked the whole unit inside and outside. recommended freon and explained the pros and cons about adding it. i have never had a company come out and go through everything like these two did. Corey is young and was extremely respectful and worked well with Tony. Corey anticipated what needed to be done next and was ready with everything. these two were a joy to have doing my repair. i put Felix AC in my phone for future repairs and maintenance. 5 stars for real.

Wow...Tony rocks. While fending off HVAC competition, he managed to repair my AC, add coolant, and get me a military discount. Outstanding! Company provided immediate services and THAT (when an AC is out) is priority 1.

Tony was the service representative. He was very polite and thorough. He tested my system and diagnosed a bad capacitor on my heat pump assembly. He was able to respond to my request for service within 2 hours. Repair and testing took approximately 1 hour.
