Dryer vent cleaning. Technician was on time, courteous, and as far as we know did a good job for a good price. My only complaints are that he left one of my gates open, which I didn't notice until after I let my dogs out. Also, the opening to go under the house was left ajar enough that critters could get in. To be fair, the door on it is broken, but it should have been more securely closed like he found it. These are minor issues, so we would still use this company again and do recommend them.

Best service I’ve experienced in a LONG time! America’s Best Duct Cleaning and Sanitization cares about their customers and did a phenomenal job at my home. Veteran owned and run business, grateful for his military service and for helping me out today. If you’re in need of any of their services, contact them and make an appointment, you will not be disappointed! I will be using them again in the future and referring everyone I know to use them as well.

Super friendly, came out cleaned our vents and let us know we had mold, what the probable causes of it were, what to tell our hvac people to do, showed us the issue, and they disinfected everything for us.

My dryer vent was so clogged that I was having to run the dryer twice as long to get things dry. I researched companies and called around. America’s Best had a fair and transparent price, answered my questions on a Sunday, and scheduled a time that was most convenient to me (none of that “we’ll be there sometime between 12:00 and 5:00" stuff). They promised to call before coming out, and they did. Got the job done fast, and were friendly and respectful. One of the easiest service calls I’ve had.

UPDATE: I did laundry. My dryer actually dried clothes. In the amount of time it should take to dry clothes. I feel silly for not realizing what the problem was sooner, but THANK YOU Greg and team!

Greg was great, responsive on calls, great service and offered fair pricing. Called in the morning and luckily got scheduled the same day in the afternoon. Give me time between 2pm and 3pm, but said if we can get to you early we will call. Got a call about 1 from Greg asking if they can come in early, said yes and 15 mins after they are at the house. whole job probably took about 20-30 minutes. Clean the duct and vacuumed, showed me the blockage before and after with their wire camera. I would recommend them. Veteran owned and is a local business.
