Called Go Chimney Sweep after noticing some wood rot around the chimney cap. Spoke with Niro and he quickly set an appointment for the next day. He text 30 minutes before coming out to give me a heads up. Upon arrival, he did a thorough inspection with pictures and measurements. Niro gave me a few options and never tried to upsell or recommend any unnecessary work.

We agreed upon the work and scheduled the job within a few days. He and his crew of Benito and Jose arrived exactly as scheduled. We once again reviewed the scope and showed me the materials they were using.

They were very fast, efficient, and professional. Job site was cleaned up and old materials hauled off. After pictures and final paperwork was provided.

Overall, a good experience. If I ever need chimney work or repairs, I'll definitely give them a call.

Our technician Niro came out to clean up the chimney. He was able to make sure we are all set. We knew it needed some tlc. He was honest about fixes that needed to be done and what measures we could take. He did an absolutely phenomenal job and made sure to take all measures to keep our living room clean.
