The technician Mario was indeed professional and a very nice man. He explained and showed me exactly what he was going to do before preforming. I was very pleased.

We just had an inspection and cleaning service provided by Mario. He was very courteous (he even had shoe coverings for inside the house which is something most people don't think about and something we appreciate immensely). He explained everything clearly and showed us that overall our HVAC system was good. He informed us that we didn't need any expensive type cleaning. Since we were having so much dust from the nearby construction, we proceeded with a cleaning. For $98 he hooked up a huge machine to one of the vents and then vacuumed each vent in the house with a shopvac. We also had Mario clean out our dryer vent (also under $100). And thank goodness! There was so much lint! You can tell that Mario cares about customer service and doing an excellent job. I highly recommend Mario and we will be calling every year for our cleaning! Mario is one of the best persons and "workers" we have ever had in our home.

Mario was a God sent to our family. We recently purchased our home only to find the vents was infested with mold (which both my daughter and I are allergic). I had a n amazing experience with Mario and his team. I had scheduled other estimates with other teams. Mario was totally transparent with me explaining the entire process. He even told me that a specific service recommended by the other was not necessary due to the location of the blower. He also explained the nuances of air duct cleaning, going through the entire process. The AC person, forgot his name, also explained the entire process with the coil. Saw their ad in an issue of Home Concepts and decided to give them a call since we'd just moved recently. Turns out they had availability for the same day and arrived shortly after I called. Unfortunately they did not give me any notice that they were on their way, basically showing up unannounced. This was a little inconvenient but nothing to get upset over. The two gentlemen who I greeted were extremely kind, friendly, and professional. They did a free inspection in the attic and showed me pictures and a video, and the vents were actually quite clean already from before we moved in. They told me basically there was no work that really needed to be done and, well, that was that. We shook hands and they left. Full transparency and honesty, which I really really appreciate! Next time we need work on vents done I know who I'm calling! Thank y'all!

I decided to get a free inspection from Southern ADC because I noticed my AC wasn’t cooling like before, and I saw insulation coming out through the vents. Their technicians came out and did a full inspection and what they found was shocking. A raccoon had completely destroyed all the air ducts, which explained the lack of cooling and the insulation blowing through the vents. The raccoon was later captured by a pest control company, and Southern ADC replaced all the damaged ductwork in a very professional and efficient manner.

What impressed me the most is that another HVAC company had told me I needed to replace the whole AC system for $12.000, when in reality, the problem was with the ducts. I truly appreciate the honesty of Southern ADC for identifying the real issue instead of trying to upsell me something I didn’t need. I 100% recommend this company!

We hired a company to come out to clean our dryer vent last year and they were in and out in 15 minutes and accomplished nothing. They spent an hour here aggressively fixing and cleaning the vent. If we could give 10 stars, we would, and that is saying a LOT, because our standards are very high. Mario was professional, punctual, and polite. Mario came out and gave us a free estimate on cleaning our plenum and duct work. He took pictures and showed us our situation - explaining everything in depth. Mario was exceptionally knowledgeable, and he showed extreme patience as he answered every one of our many, many questions. He didn't seem like our questions bothered him at all, and that is not common for people in the service industry. Oscar, Mario's assistant, was equally as professional, and he showed us before and after pictures of each of our vents that he cleaned. The day after our vents and duct work were cleaned, we noticed how much fresher the air seemed. Mario also cleaned our dryer vent that required him to access our roof. We figure that vent hadn't been cleaned in 20 years, so now in addition to running the dryer no longer being a fire hazard, our laundry gets dry in one cycle instead of 2 1/2 cycles! We give Mario the highest recommendation we can possibly give.

Mario did a great job! We wanted to get our chimney ready for the first cold front and enjoy a fire. Mario came out the same day and we spontaneous thought to get our dryer vent cleaned too. He did both the same day which was great! He was very professional, helpful, and didn't pressure us on getting both jobs done the same day. My experience with Southern Air Duct Cleaning was great. Birds had conveniently built their nest in our laundry duct, causing a complete block. Scheduling an appointment was quick and my technician, Mario, was even able to come out a day early. He got right to business examining the outside of my house before coming in to work on the duct in my laundry room. He was quick and efficient and the whole process was done before I knew it. I ended up having to get the deep clean, thanks to the nest, but I knew the price beforehand so it wasn’t a shock. He even added a simple cage over the outside duct opening in order to keep future birds out. I will definitely go to them again for yearly maintenance. Thank you, Mario for the great work.
