Do not use I was almost scammed. Requested estimate for air duct cleaning. He went in attic, never looked in vents, and said ducts were too old to clean, and they would crumble if they tried to clean them and said I needed all new ducts. Quoted $4500. When I said no said he would give me a deal at 4000. Luckily, I had someone else come out after and I have now learned that this is a scam that many companies are doing. The video he showed me wasn’t even of my house. I got my ducts cleaned successfully for $425 and we’ll leave a good review of that company as soon as the other services I have signed up for our rendered.

Mario & Oscar both did a fantastic job of thoroughly cleaning every component (coils, ducts, connection boxes and 26 outlets) of our two hvac systems, and all at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful service. Mario is truly awesome! Very professional technician. Took the time to explain all details. He kept me up to date on each step he was taking to service our systems. When he did encounter hidden issues that were not included in his original proposal, he brought each to my attention, actually showed me the issue, and then thoroughly explained the benefits of fixing those additional issues as well. Mario was very diligent in providing some fantastic before-and-after pictures showing the job he had done. I have included just a few of the many pics he sent me. I feel this was money well spent on this project. SADC needs to keep Mario on staff. He definitely adds value to the company.

The technician was nice and I would recommend them for a basic chimney sweep or firebox refresh. However, I also had them repair the chimney cap. The next rain, the cap was still leaking from the same area. When I went up and looked at the cap, I honestly would have expected the same from my 11 year old. They didn’t offer any warranty for their work, so I was just out $1000. They also cleaned my dryer vent. I just recently found that the screen over the vent was gone and the external vent shroud was just pressed against the wall. Neither of which were made known to me.

My chimney draft was awful before, now it works perfectly thanks to their expertise.

Lived here 30 years. Never had the chimney cleaned. Hadn't used in years. Animals ripped the siding off the chimney and it leaked when it rained. In 3 days, the chimney was cleaned, waterproofed, siding and trim replaced and painted. They hauled the old stuff away and swept for nails. Communication was great! Every text responded to. Questions answered. Very pleased. Sweeppy is the best!
