Let me preface this by saying that I did not use their services, so I cannot rate their quality of work. That being said, I would steer clear of this company. I called to get some information and they didn't answer. I did not leave a message. Since then, they have called four times, the third time I answered. I asked for pricing, which I received, and then told them that I wasn't ready to make a decision yet and I would reach out to them when I was ready. He was also pressuring me to arrange to have someone come out and look at our ducts. They have since called me AGAIN even after I told them I didn't want to be contacted any more. Also, they have 5 star ratings on Google, but they all seem like they are paid for reviews. All of the reviewers have private accounts with only 1 review posted, the 1 review ONLY being for this company. It all just seems really spammy/scammy and like they use pushy sales tactics, which I am not interested in. I'm definitely not going to do business with them in the future.
