After buying and moving into a house last summer, we hired this company, which we never will again, to fix one of the AC units that did not blow cold. (2 unit house)

After Comfortable Air sent techs to our house 7 different occasions last year and 3 times this year, (it’s mid April), and spending THOUSANDS of dollars with this company to get this one AC fixed, that one AC still does not blow cold.

The most recent tech said it did, in fact, needed Freon, which was expected, and that Comfortable Air would be contacting me to schedule that. After they did not contact me, I called to schedule this service. This was when the nice lady in the phone told me that their ONLY tech who does Freon for that company, was out of town until the end of next month and that we need to call and pay someone else to do this. (This sounds shady to me, but maybe that’s just how they choose to run their business)

Please let this serve as a warning to other customers looking to employ their services.

Excellent service from start to finish! The techs were professional, on time, and explained everything clearly. My home feels fresher and cleaner now that the ducts are spotless. Highly recommend Comfortable Air.

This company is a complete FRAUD!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company deserves no star is not even one!
I saw a special they were doing on Facebook for a $99 Duct Cleaning service. I booked it and then realized my husband was not able to be home that day due to a doctor appointment and called to reschedule, the receptionist put me for the following Monday one week later. Fast-forward the technicians still came out to the house even though I canceled the appointment. Luckily my husband had just gotten home from his appointment. The service technicians did the service and then my husband called me at the end of the service to ask which credit card to use. That’s how I found out they still showed up even after canceling. Once I told my husband over the phone my card number I immediately received a charge for almost $600!!!
I called the headquarters and And was put on hold and then finally put in touch with somebody. I’m assuming of authority. I told her the situation and that I did not approve whatever was worth the $600 charge! I was supposed to be charged $99 for the special, and even the receptionist confirmed when I made the appointment that I was calling for the $99 special.
Long story short my husband drove to the business and they wouldn’t even
Let him in. This whole time I’m trying to
Call back and no one is answering the phone any longer. They sent a text to my husband 30 min later saying they can come back tomorrow and do the actual cleaning they fraudulently charged us for.
Needless to say they will never be In my home again. I’m waiting to
Get a credit from them by tomorrow otherwise i will take other measures! Ive already notified my bank. Do not give this company any business FRAUDULENT!

Update! This response by this company is insane. They would not let my husband into the business when he went there. And they would not answer either of our phone calls. This is an absolute scam. I agree to a $99 service. They charge my card for a service that I had no knowledge about.
The fact that they state they called to discuss pricing with me is an absolute lie. My husband called me to ask me which credit card I would be using for payment not that it jumped from $99 to almost $600.
For them to go on and say they kindly discuss anything with me is an absolute lie. They did not discuss one single thing with me before or after this company needs to go out of business.
I wish I would’ve done my research beforehand.

WATCH OUT!! Corrupt business trying to take your money for no work done!!! My father used this company once before. I never thought to check their work, my first huge mistake. They came to the house the second time making big claims about making the air quality better and getting everything out of the duct that might be harmful. I noticed that when the heater was on, I would feel nauseous. They told me it would take all day to complete the cleaning. I took my dog for a hike and left my dad there with them. I returned about an hour and a half later. They told me they had finished, I was shocked, I was confused. How were they done so quickly? The second thing was he had mentioned he took pictures only to say he didn't have them anymore. I thought that was extremely odd. He was behaving differently than when I had left before the cleaning. Something was off. He left, and I decided to look in the vents. I found that hardly any cleaning had been done to many of the air ducts. The one in my room was still filthy. We paid $1600 for I'm not even sure exactly. Update: Comfortable Air Air Fuct Services ( looks like they changed their name) was so kind to respond to my review but refuses to speak to me and my father or to refund any money. These people are only interested in fooling others to pay for their nonsense.

Amazing communication between worker and client. Everything explained prior to them completing any project. Was shown everything that needed to be done. Also to add it was 1k less than another company offer and got more done. Very happy to recommend this company to anyone.

Would have given zero starts if possible, horrible job done of cleaning. First thing they said was "you have mold it will mess up my equipment so I need to spray first", then proceeded to do a very poor job of vacuuming, before spraying MENTHOL into my air conditioner and charging nearly $700. So it was clear that they were not even concerned about "my mold messing up their equipment". Furthermore when I confronted the technicians Nick And Elan, they brushed me off then packed up the van and drove off with my money. The company assured me that I would have a different technician come actually finish the job the next day, but here comes Elan again claiming he did a good job the first time. I'll let you decide if the attached pictures are clean enough to be charged $700, personally I would recommend you stay as far as possible from this company. They also provide a license number for a different company at the bottom of their page.

Have been seeing lot of ads about airduct cleaning. After I have witnessed what was done, I realized its a waste of time and money. Michael was the tech and he had Ivan the helper with him. I have asked the to come in for Airduct cleaning and the said it is $280 but on special for $75 and the dryer vent was $69. I did 't realize it was a bait and switch. After going through my house attached to one outflow duct, the technician made a hole and said there is mold in there. The whole thing had black lining in there and can't say what was mold and not. He showed some pictures on his phone and asked if I have seen any mold outside the airduct? And I said No. They said it was $700 something and got it to $256 and what some done, they said it was a remediation process and brought couple of spray bottle and sprayed it in the hole made and where there is filter inside the unit.

The Air Duct Cleaning, They connected a negative prepare system to one of the air duct only and the helper took a cloth to clean external dust and with some kind of hand held suction machine. To my Knowledge they were suppose to connect the negative pressure to all the air ducts than one only in the house for which they charged $75. On the invoice it says all ducts under negative pressure

Dryer vent is $69 they went on the roof and they said they connected a unit to clean with.

Overall, Micheal was nice and courteous the whole time. I would rate him 3.5 on the service. He was informative and got to learn few things from him. But I think when they walk into the house they have to wear shoe covers. We don't use the shoes that we use outside, inside of the house. Can't take that for granted.

When the air ducts were suctioned or so their was some particles falling off which were not cleaned.

Overall I did not feel like the $400 I paid was worth the service provided. For spraying chemical it is $256 and not even sure if the mold existed out there. They quoted $55/ air intake duct. After this experience I don't think I would ever be using a AC servicing company for cleaning.

Worst experience ever! Paid to have ac ducts cleaned, fireplace cleaned, and dryer vent cleaned. All they used was a standard shop vac and look what was left when they were done. Pictures speak for themselves. Avoid this company at all costs.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Service requested was dryer vent clean out ONLY. This company tried to clean out ALL A/C vents in the house. And attempted to request $1400 for install of UV lights. This is the way he left my A/C upstairs. Covers OFF, filter removed, and cover off. AC UNIT completely powered off. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. We made a HUGE MISTAKE selecting him for service. Feel free to roll the dice here. I had working AC before he arrived. When he left. There was none.

They came to do a tune-up and vent cleaning and ended up finding all kinds of mold. They cleaned everything really well and installed a uv light to keep it from happening again. Here is a before and after of one of the parts they cleaned. While we spe t way more than we planned to today, it's nice knowing we are now breathing clean air and won't be getting sick from it (I'm pretty sure it's already started affecting my husband and daughter, so hoping this helps!)

This business is also linked to Breezi Air - they are scam. They charged me over $2000 for very little work. He took advantage of the fact that my dad didn’t speak English and took the money before finishing the job. I was at work when everything happened. There is no receipt, no physically address and they stopped answering the phone after they took the money. I attached the picture of the guy who worked on my air ducts. They didn’t do anything, pretended to work, collected money the day before, didn’t give out receipt, and then disappear. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM

Would definitely not recommend these ppl idk where they find their sub contractors must of been off Facebook but sending the same person that I hired a few months that did a crap job and very not in order.pay attention to who does your air ducts inspect after cause they will leave dust in your air ducts.then when blasting them over fb they only wanted to refund a small portion to take off my bad review..sending the same guy out and I hired a totally different company all I say is pay close attention to what is being done and by who.
