They do not respond. We purchased an AC a little over a 18 months ago. I have left
y messages to have them come re-look at our system after being out several weeks ago and get no call back

Installed and service our ac. Very smooth transition. They maintain our ac so it stays under warranty. Service has been really good.

I got home from Dallas and my Air Condition wasn't working. I called first thing in the morning within 45 minutes a Tech was at my door working on my A/They were the only one that would sent someone out the fast. They got my service now!

Came within the allotted time, had shoe covers and facemasks. I signed up for the twice a year service plan. The drain line was clogged and since that service is included in the plan, they cleared it all out and performed a full inspection as part of the service plan. Very fair, did good work and polite. Plan to continue with them.

TASCO is the best! Terry, then Laine, and then Erick have taken extraordinary care of my heating/AC needs for the last 35 years or more and have always been prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Terry has always gone beyond the call of duty. Years ago, he would stop by my late elderly mother's house on his way home to change her filter because she was to weak to do it herself.

This company goes above & beyond. They were not the company I chose rather the company that held the warranty from previous owner, however they Definitely would be the company I Highly Recommend because the owner (Laine) makes sure that the job his staff does is more than satisfactory, he even comes out himself to ensure everything is done right, not to mention giving you his personal cell number for emergencies.

they don't show up on time agreed, they don't follow up with the prepaid services so if the owner forgets you loose your money, they don't give you solutions for issues, they don't give you quotes for full replacements, etc, etc, etc. I would never use Tasco ever, ever again.

AC went out this weekend on our downstairs unit and Tasco promptly called me back and fixed the problem today. Service was exceptional and price was reasonable. I will use them for all our future air and heating needs.

As a real estate agent, TASCO is my go to HVAC company for any and all repairs. I can always rely on them to be prompt, have great customer service, get the job done correctly and at a reasonable price.

Terribly unprofessional. We set an appointment to get a second opinion on a full system. We agreed to a time and they called back to cancel because they were not interested in bidding a job. Rather than say that, they tried to say they are booked up. When pressed I got it out of them.

When we were still scheduling I was asked "what if we recommend the same thing, who are you going to hire" I of course told them the lesser of the two bids. I surmise they are just greedy and over charge so they knew they shouldn't bother with a competitive bid.

It would have been nice to say that up front rather than schedule a same day service only to cancel an hour later. An hour I could have used to find someone else.

I have used TASCO for 13 years and have always been very pleased with the service and professionalism of their technicians and staff. When ever a friend or family member expresses frustration with the AC company they are using I refer them to Jerry and Lane at TASCO. So far everyone has thanked me and made the switch, ending frustration and hot days.

I am a difficult person to please and TASCO has never let me down!

We had Tasco replace our whole HVAC system in 2014. During the initial installation, they found mold inside of the old duct work; at the time I had two toddlers. We were immediately alerted and asked to leave the house for our safety. When they were finished with the job, they went over how the system and the new thermostat worked. Since that time, we have had bi-annual checks that the company is gracious enough to keep track of for us. We have had the same service technician (Jay) for as long as I can remember, which is comforting as I am sometimes alone when they come to inspect the system.
This year, we had our roof redone, & the vent pipe had to be moved. We called Tasco to check the system to ensure things were still good. Not only did they come, Jay got into the attic and on the roof, & we weren’t charged.
Tasco was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but the quality has been outstanding. My idea of quality is not only the equipment, but the customer service received throughout the life of the system; I have not been disappointed.

My wife and I have been doing business with TASCO air conditioning and Heating for over twenty five years. They are a very trustworthy and professional company. I have always recommended TASCO to anyone asking if I know a good air conditioning and heating company. They are simply a wonderful business. I have nothing but good things to say about TASCO.

Contacted Laine and he was very responsive to helping me out! Laine sent over Oscar who was on time, courteous and very professional. Oscar explained everything in length to me and got my AC cooling again! Fantastic company and fantastic service and folks! I’m a customer for life and highly recommend TASCO!

I have worked with Tasco for over 20 years. I had an excellent experience working with Tasco. From the beginning when I called, the receptionist was very friendly and quick to find out my problem and get someone out. First I worked with Joshua and Moses who filled the Freon. They then realized the Freon wasn't the problem. Jerry, who is the A/C specialist then came out the next day and found the Freon leak. My unit which Tasco put in 18 yrs earlier was only to last 10-12 years but with their service contract and taking care of the unit over the years it lasted a lot longer. It was time to replace the whole system and Jerry understood my concern for the cost. He gave me the best possible price taking into consideration, efficiency and affordability. He was very kind and considerate of my needs. Jerry ordered my new Trane unit and Daniel and Brandon put in the unit the next day. They were in my house all day alone and were very trustworthy. They cleaned up before they left only problem I saw was they didn't vacuum my whole house. :-) JK My overall experience with Tasco was fantastic. They credited me for the Freon they put in the day before and with my service contract saved me $$$. The bookkeeper Becky was very kind as well and offered to hold my check for one day until I could go to the bank. No one does that anymore, they want their money NOW!! Thank you Terry Wolf, you have some awesome and very caring employees.

Tasco Air Conditioning has work with us for many years. They service our old system and eventually replace it. Laine, his workers and the office staff are amazing. They know their job, are very responsible and customer service oriented. They have always responded to our calls. This company goes above the call of duty to help their customers. We highly recommend them. They service us and our son also. Great, great company

I'm not sure how many years we've used TASCO, but it's been a long long long time. Laine and his crew are the best in the business. They're also a locally owned business, which was/is the most important thing for me (besides the excellent service). We have a lot of ac units, and every one of them is covered by a service contract - which is unbeatable, hands down.

They did an outstanding job repairing our AC. So trustworthy and honest and reasonably priced. I recommend them to all my friends. Very responsive. They also maintain our system year-round and service our heating. We have a heat pump which can be really involved and I really appreciate how attentive they are. So professional! Also, they take the time to explain in great detail exactly what is wrong, what they are doing and why, which I love. I would never consider going elsewhere. Plus it's a real bonus doing business with a locally owned company.
